Bought an iPhone 6 Plus in July 2016 and it was faulty, sent it back under warranty, and took 7 weeks to come back to me and it was worse then before. Sent it back on the 5th of December and i still haven't got it back (26th February). Very bad customer service in my experience, would not recommend.

I believe this is a deliberaye attempt because if you used Paypal, it is beyond their 180 days return/refund policy. Report them still and ask for a refund from them

Poor customer service, why bother, complete waste of time.
brought a samsung S7 at the end of January and i am still waiting.
was told that the colour i chose was temporarily out of stock and new stock will be in between the 9-13.
the 13th went by so i emailed Becex and i received the response that your phone will leave the ware house in 3-7 working days.
10 working days passed so i emailed them again. this time i received the response that we still do not have stock, please wait.
so at this stage i have waited 25 days and my item still has not been sent to me.
The thing that really frustrates me is the fact i was then told i have 2 options either pay more to receive a different colour or get your money back. After 25 days thats the best you can do, what a joke.
anyone with the slightest idea of how to run a business would offer the other colour at no extra cost and send it through immediately.
Just proves how poor the quality of service Becex provides.
Summary don’t shop here!!!!!!

I ordered a quite expensive lens which had me concerned because I had never used them before. The lens was delivered promptly and matched the description on their website. Insurance and postage was not included in their pricing, so expect to pay extra for that. Overall the lens was good value in comparison to some other internet sellers and I'm vey happy with the result

Excellent customer service. However, I purchased from BecexTech Australia believing I would get an Australian product. The parcel I received came from Hong Kong. For the moment the product works but time will tell. Feel a bit deceived.

First time using this site....shipped me a smashed S7, was clearly
dropped at the suppliers end. Not impressed, would have thought they would
send me a new one and i send the damaged one back but not the case. Will
not be using them again.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!
Bought a phone with the following condition: This officially UNLOCKED phone has been professionally restored and renewed to a new condition using original or generic equivalent parts if necessary. This means that your phone was assembled from spare parts of other faulty phones or display phones!!!
I had problems with microphone and network straight away: people couldnt hear me properly and speed of internet was under 5 Mbps, which is very slow. I changed all 4 network providers in Sydney including Telstra, Optus, Virgin and Aldi, thinking that it was a network problem, but the phone still wasnt working properly as it was faulty! Ive taken it to mobile phone service, but they refused to do anything with it saying that it was assembled from spare parts of other phones, nothing was original in it and it wasnt even assembled well as the screen came off.
WARRANTY IS A JOKE!!! Ive contacted their customer service by email (as it was the only option) to get a refund, and they said that they cant refund it, but they can try to repair it or replace with another reassembled phone! Its just a joke! Ive sent my phone with registered post to them, which was delivered next day, but after 4 days they still saying that they havent received anything!!! Nonsense! DONT GO ANY NEAR THAT!!!!

I had some issues with my CC declining for suspected fraud charge, but customer service made sure I kept all my original discounts and got the items I had originally wanted.
The management for the customer service is excellent!
Only suggestion I would add is to have a place to input shipping AND billing address on personal profile so I don't have to add the shipping separately every time at the checkout. My home of record is elsewhere from where I currently live since I am in the military.

Phone GPS did not work. They have had the phone for 3 months now: promised to refund/replace and still waiting on that also. Having difficulty getting them to reply to my emails, and they have no contact phone number. So they have our phone: no replacement, no refund. It would be nice if someone could contact me about this please.
Update 24/02/2017:
they posted out a new phone within hours of me making my review here. New phone was not new: it is clearly refurbished. LCD screen is faulty (complete white line down one side and almost 70% of screen cannot be seen) , and it has issues connecting to the network and has to be manually connected to get signal. (effectively DOA)
emailed them again- still awaiting response. Worst after sales service I have ever had.
I will be taking this complaint further

I purchased a new Canon camera with free memory card reader for the same price as a bare lens. The packaging was fair and everything arrived intact. . I did contact Becextech customer service about honoring a competitor coupon , which they declined, but then offered to credit the difference of a new sale price for the item I purchased. Although this is not an immediate discount on my existing order, it is still beyond what I expected. I will definitely shop with Becextech online again in the future.

Becextech have fantastic service, and you get exactly what they state. A phone delivered fast at a great price. I originally ordered the same phone through another company and they could not even respond to my emails, so I cancelled straight away, went through this mob and got my phone within 5 days of ordering.

Dodgy, dodgy dodgy!!!!
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge it worked for a couple of months the screen blew and it took three months to repair after going to Auckland and Melbourne (the screen was replaced. After it came back two weeks later it couldn't be charged. It went away for two more months. Another phone came in an unsealed box which only lasted a couple of weeks and couldn't be charged again. They say they open the boxes for quality control which does not make sense. If you buy a new phone it comes in a sealed box, their ones don't. Never buy a phone online, go to a shop. Becextech customer service is appalling. I am just so angry about it all I have given up on getting a phone from them that works reliably. I think it's just better to move on and warn other people about them, The case managers are in Indonesia and do nothing for you. they totally ripped me off.
Go to a shop to buy expensive items.
