I ordered an iPhone SE from BecexTech NZ as it was approx. $100 cheaper than through a retail shop. The colour I ordered was out of stock so I ordered another colour this was also out of stock. I was given the option of waiting for restocking or a refund. Refund was opted for. However the phone arrived unexpectedly with incorrect invoice and a European adaptor. When queried why the phone had been sent, BecexTech said there had been a lack of communication between their warehouse and the service people and to return the phone, which was never turned or used. Long story short, that was several weeks ago and after various excuses from BecexTech I am still waiting for a refund. Consumer.org.nz told me this company has been on their radar before when they have been involved on behalf of other hapless purchasers. On a positive note BecexTech's pigeon English emails are always polite. In my opinion the refund offer is ruse, so buyer beware.
Service was great, bit expensive postage but Samsung S7 Edge is a excellent phone . This is my second transaction thru this mob, but will not be the last one. Thanks
Very pleased with website interaction, customer service interaction, and of course the purchase of the Sigma 150-600mm lens. Becextech could not have done better for me.

Brilliant price on a new Samsung S7 Edge but disappointing service. Website wouldn't accept right security code and promised 1-3 days to commence shipping. Ordered 30/12/16 and attempted delivery 9/1/17 at 1pm. Five hours later I got notified delivery was happening.
recvd my mobile in 4 working days but very upset as didnt got my case, screen protector and 4 gb sd card. i already paid for it still didnt recvd. hope they will provide me asap already have written the mail 7 hours before yet no reply.

I ordered a $2.6k camera lens and paid $40 for "priority" 3 day delivery plus insurance ($30), only to have to wait over 10+ business days for the delivery to actually arrive. Due to this delay I am no longer able to receive the order at the delivery address and will now have to arrange to pick it up from a collection point, causing further delays.
No tracking information was provided, in fact the order was never updated. Multiple emails sent to "customer service" only to be told it was on it's way.
Requested a refunds of the "priority" 3 day delivery fee ($40) only to be told, no but they would arrange a credit of $10.
Unacceptable, will not be using them again.

Bought a new phone for my wife for Christmas. Found that we couldn't get mobile data so contacted Becextech. We got a very speedy response asking us to check APN setting which we did, made an adjustment and it worked fine. Great service thanks
An amazing price (Best price for my Samsung s7 bought- cheaper than any post paid plan ) and delivered before ETA which was great. Web portal is easy to navigate. Great selection of products
