My positive impression of Becextech started even before I bought from them. I received VERY prompt, informative replies to email queries I made about the phone I was thinking of buying. The commitment to pre-sales service convinced me to buy from them and after my phone arrived this morning, I've been very happy with the all aspects of the transaction. Especially the speed of the delivery. I bought on Thursday and it was here on Monday, no complaints possible about that sort of service

Recently purchased an iPhone and yes there were a couple of issues with supply of stock however the customer service did a fantastic job with giving me options about how I wanted this to be managed. I chose to continue with my purchase and the kept me constantly informed regarding delay and delivery and I received the phone by the revised date that they promised. Thank you so much. this is the second phone I have purchased from Becex Tech and would be happy to purchase items in the future.

I would not recommend this business at all. The phone I purchased was faulty and stopped working, I sent it back under the warranty, and was told it would take 15-20 days to repair. But 3 and a half MONTHS later I have still not received it back. The support desk simply made excuses and provided almost no information about the status and estimated time remaining. Even after this time they refuse to send me a replacement phone under the NZ consumer guarantees act / Australian consumer law even though this time-frame for repair is EXTREMELY unreasonable. They claim to care about their customers but this type of turnaround for their warranty is ridiculous and unacceptable, and they have done nothing in compensation. Think twice about sacrificing your consumer rights and quality service for a small monetary saving at the start...

Same here, report to Paypal so they can investigate this company, ask for a refund as well.

I have submitted a dispute through court over this, and suggest everyone else do the same! That is the only way to get the refund you are legally obliged to be given

Becextech is always my first choice of online shopping for tech items. Recently I have trouble with one of the item ordered from them because it was lost in shipping. Luckly, it was purchased with insurance. Contacted them and got it resolved in very short time.
They also have very good price and selections. Have been their customer for 5+ years, their customer service has been the BEST one all these years. They really care about customer and no matter it is a low price item or an expensive one, their service is always as good as I expected.
Highly recommend to anyone want to have a very good and happy online shopping experience.

This is the second time I have purchased something through BecexTech and both times I have received excellent service.

Ordered a phone and a few days later they claim to be out of stock. in the meantime they raised the price on the website, so if I want a different colour they ask me to pay extra. When I told them to cancel my order I was told I might have to pay $55 admin costs, even if it's their fault. No word on when they will process the refund. And the response to my complaint was rude. Stay away from them! The shipping cost is overinflated ($74, when every other company has a maximum of $50 for courier shipping) and communication slow and unhelpful.

Definitely agree on the communication issue, I have received nothing but excuses from the customer service. Would recommend avoiding this company completely

Really outstanding service and prices. I purchased two items, a canon camera and lens. The prices were the cheapest I had come across and the delivery was within a week of purchasing. I would have no hesitation in buying from Becextech again and have already recommended them to my photography friends.

I can not recommend this company. After 30 emails I still have not got my phone which they said would repair for an extra $130. I have since bought a phone through DWI and have received excellent service. I cannot imagine this post will see the light of day.

Similar thing happened to me, 3 and a half months later I still haven't received anything from them and their customer support center just continues to make excuses. Would really recommend avoiding this company completely

Their repair service is in Singapore and usually takes 2 months for "repair" ask for a refund from Paypal if youve used their service and report this company

Excellent service, customer service was great. Stoked with the phone when it arrived, was great to have a new phone before any of the local phone companies even had any stock of the same model. Will recomend to anyone looking for a new phone.

Hands down best service and communication. I purchased my phone, and another item was quickly contacted about the second item not being in stock and refunded, Phone was sent well packaged and arrived before the end of the week.
I have bought 2 products from Becextech every time they scored A++ in terms of response and delivery on time.
