Poor customer service, why bother, complete waste of time.
brought a samsung S7 at the end of January and i am still waiting.
was told that the colour i chose was temporarily out of stock and new stock will be in between the 9-13.
the 13th went by so i emailed Becex and i received the response that your phone will leave the ware house in 3-7 working days.
10 working days passed so i emailed them again. this time i received the response that we still do not have stock, please wait.
so at this stage i have waited 25 days and my item still has not been sent to me.
The thing that really frustrates me is the fact i was then told i have 2 options either pay more to receive a different colour or get your money back. After 25 days thats the best you can do, what a joke.
anyone with the slightest idea of how to run a business would offer the other colour at no extra cost and send it through immediately.
Just proves how poor the quality of service Becex provides.
Summary don’t shop here!!!!!!
