I don't write reviews often but as Becextech has really disgusted me i find it necessary to do so.
I ordered a DSLR camera from Becextech and paid priority posting for the camera, they kept giving me the wrong tracking number and the camera arrived well over the time frame for priority posting,when i opened the box the lens was dented from what looked like was from a large drop and the charger socket was broken, so i asked for my $50 postage back and for these things to be fixed as i felt it was necessary to do so, Becextech said they would investigate the lens and not refund my $50 and instead would send me a 32gb sdxc which is of close value, after several dozen emails and two months later i finally received a 16gb sdhc which is not what was promised, so i sent a dozen more emails before finally asking to obtain a statutory declaration saying i did not receive a 32gb sdxc from Becextech, another month later i receive yet another 16gb sdhc, after another dozen emails and asking me to send it back at my own expense i thought this company is a joke and gave up. in conclusion i will never buy from Becextech for along as i live and i have advised friends and family to steer clear of this company. worst service i have ever come across.

I was really apprehensive about utilising this business because the deal seemed too good to be true, I raised this concern with customer service who promptly supplied me with all relevant information and continued to check in with me, easing my concern.
I felt greater transparency would have eased my mind further as I assumed being an Australian company the warehouse would have been in Australia however it was in China hence the reason for delayed delivery time.
TNT were excellent as a carrier however I would suggest that the invoice be positioned more privately as my phone number and value of the contents were in very clear view.
My daughter is extremely pleased with the phone which came looking as though it had never been opened despite my knowledge upon purchase that it had been opened.

i just found out from Apple that my I-Phone was tampered with and a NON-Genuine part was used.the phone lasted 13 months. just long enough to go out of warranty. the part that is faulty is the non genuine part. Apple will not fix my phone. I have wasted $600. Will never Deal with this store ever again. do not use them

Loved working with this and even though I didn't take up postage insurance, they kept checking where it was until I responded that I had received the goods.

Great. Incredible discount. My only issue was with dealing with your third party delivery company TOLL - who left a note for me referring to their website, which after visiting and entering the requested information, directed me to their call line, on which I spent ~40 minutes on hold. I then requested the parcel be delivered to the local newsagent, only to find later that that business had untypical trading hours and wouldn't be open prior to my daily trips to work (9am).
I eventually got the package, a week beyond its actual delivery to my house. These complaints rest on factors outside your control - but well within the control of TOLL. I would request that you pass on to them: businesses who they partner with for pickup arrangements must publish their trading hours online. This was a great inconvenience to me.

This was my third time to order a mobile phone from this company and again I'm very satisfied of the service. Prompt delivery, excellent customer service and good price.

The worst customer service I have ever seen. I received my item after 4 weeks.[In my opinion] the item was not brand new.
Item was fake and serial number was not valid in Samsung "Kiss". OS aren't work. They even don't answer my emails.

I had the similar issues as well! A faulty mobile phone which broke after three weeks, impossible to contact and a refusal to refund my money. Worst online shopping experience ever.

Bought an S7 from BecexTech, arrived in timely fashion, few weeks later a problem developed, contacted Becex Tech, tried their solution, no luck, sent phone back for attention, received today again fully functional. Was kept updated as to progress throughout. Thank you BecexTech..a very happy customer.
