I ordered my Sony Alpha A6300 on Wednesday and it arrived on Monday!
These guys really seem to care. After my initial order I received an email within an hour telling me they were out of stock of the lens I ordered, but they would send me the next generation of the same model for the same price, if I wanted. I said yes and they shipped it within a couple of hours. I received an email updating the order status as shipped, and giving me a tracking number.
Overall really impressed with their communication and speed of service. I can happily recommend them.

Worst experience ever and worst dealing. My phone screen died so I went through their warranty process. They got back to me saying that the phone will be repaired and will not retain waterproofing rating IP68. I disputed with them this issue and asked for a replacement for an item similar in features to the one purchased (Australian consumer right fact), they rejected saying that since they are a Hong Kong based company and this is not the case with them. I made the purchase on the belief that it has an Australian warranty in der the Australian law but I got deceived with Australian Warranty on their website as they replied and said that they are a Hong Kong company and purchases are subject to their laws. They are an Australian registered business with an ABN and has an Australian registered website. No regards to Australian Consumer Rights.

Phone ordered 7/10/16, 1st Phone received 20/10/16, Phone unuseable 6/11/16, Advised faulty 7/11/16 via email, Phone returned at my expense
2nd phone received 15/12/16, Phone unuseable 16/12/16, Advised 2nd phone faulty 17/12/16, Phone returned at my expense.
3rd phone received 18/1/17, Advised battery issue 23/1/17, headset jack does not allow headset connection

After 3 faulty devices this is their position - After the case was being reviewed by the management, the option from RMA manager is refund with current market price, provided the phone is found out to be faulty and it's legitimate manufacturer fault. As informed previously, in case we do the refund, the phone value will be on current market price. The item condition and item completeness will also be assessed to ensure it's still in new/ intact condition, ie: no scratches, no dents, no chips and it's not related to physical/ water damage or any modifications that may void the warranty.

To be offered Market value on the 3rd phone which I have been able to use for 5 days, let alone only having a workable device for 22 days in total over 4 months. And I have had to incur all expenses to return (express post, insurance, customer to sign) and will need to do so again. 

Poor service, poor management, never ever again

The phone I purchased was allegedly new / unused. It looked brand new unused - no obvious outside signs of use. But it had had been tampered with. It had root kit software Team Win Recovery (TWRP) installed and left over images and videos from the person who had used it.

Very happy with the service provided by BecexTech Australia. I purchased a Tamron lens for my Canon camera. The price was great and the delivery from Hong Kong was very prompt, in fact faster than many Australian suppliers. Very Happy! and would highly recommend.

Postage was a little higher than i thought considering paying for insurance etc. But in saying that it is delivered to your door, so paying the price for delivery is worth it, which is great, so for the insurance side of things that's a grey area for me? Am not sure how that works.
in my opinion, after purchase, its the responsibility of the company to make sure the product is delivered to you as requested by paying the cost of postage via courier and should arrive in good order I have used BECEXTECH for over 5 years now and never had a problem they are a good reliable company and do deliver good products... I will continue to use this company as they are competitive and very reliable. And that is a fact.

I do not recommend this business. After paying $2444.98 in December for a camera lens, they finally sent me the wrong producd (a cheap) phone in January. After several contacts, I sent the phone back via Fedex - it was received 19 January. Today, 31 January 2017, Becextech still has not refunded my money. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Don't buy from them, they were totally dishonest. It might be ok if the product works and you don't have to deal with them again, but for me a faulty phone caused months of pain and suffering. I bought a mobile phone which stopped working after three weeks, sent it back and after fifty emails, and four months of delays they gave me a partial refund. It was not worth the initial saving I may have made. They were basically impossible to contact once you have a problem, have no phone number, and didn't respond to the 'Ticket' contact request emails.
Worst online shopping experience of my life, be warned.

I bought an LG G3 phone from this company in November 2016. Two months later the phone died while I was listening to music and would not restart. I took it to a mobile phone shop and they opened it and said it was a refurbished phone, which surprised me as the company claimed it was brand new. They said this often happens with refurbished phones. I contacted BexTecxh by email and [redacted name] told me to send the phone in to them by post, which I did believing it would be repaired as per their one year warranty. It arrived in Melbourne at their office two weeks ago according to Australia Post tracking, but BexTech claims it never arrived, which is obviously a lie as Australia Post records it as arriving. I have not hard back from them since then. I do not expect either a refund, a replacement, or a repair, and will buy my next phone, and iphone SE, direct from the Apple shop in Robina. Also, all the photos I took on the phone are now gone too. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY (bextech) AS THEY SOLD ME GOODS WHIHC ARE REFURBISHED, NOT NEW, AND ALSO DID NOT HONOUR THEIR ONE YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD. Buy from them at your own risk.
