Becex overall are a great company. I had no notifications regarding delivery and had to contact the company, but the response was so quick and immediately put me at ease. One improvement could be tracking notifications. Other wise, the product is perfect and the camera came right on time for a wedding I'm shooting. Thanks so much!

I bought iPhone 6plus and heard some rattle noise while shaking side wise and returned. The have replaced another one and it was not detecting any network and returned again. It took more than a month for these two.
It seems faulty products are selling without any proper inspection even though they claim they are selling individually inspected phones.
SO NEVER BUY WITH BwcexTech and BETTER GO WITH SOME OTHER TRUSTED.[Redacted generalisation]

i bought an iphone 5S from them only to be told by apple it was a refurbished phone with non genuine parts in it. my phone went faulty 13 months later and Becextech did nothing to fix my phone. very bad company

I had trouble locating and tracking my order. After waiting on hold for an extended timeframe, the ticket was answered by April and she quicly sorted this out and was able to help locate my order and troubleshoot what had happened. She was professional, courteous and upbeat. The duration of the follow up call was brief and thorough.

If you do enough business with a retailer, sooner or later, they will make a mistake. When Bexextech does (or when I do), their customer service is EXCELLENT! I have purchased a few of items through their website, and the complete experience is top notch. This is how business should be handled!

I purchased a refurbished iPhone 6 S and it would not turn on properly. I sent it back within the 7 days 'dead on arrival' and they have had the phone for two weeks and have not provided me with another phone as per their DOA replacement policy.
The worst customer service I've ever had dealing with on-line shopping. Will NEVER shop here again!

I had not heard of BecexTech before but I was very impressed with the service and they are great value. I purchased a laptop through them. I'd recommend them to others.

Have dealt with BecexTech for over 5 years and spent over $10,000 and have not had any real issues.
Camera gear mostly and recently a Phantom 4 Pro Drone.

I saved up to $150 when I purchased iPhone 6s open box, however I had some questions regarding shipping and the great response I was given by Zlatan from customer support was gratifying and satisfactory, my issues were addressed quickly and I had a great service. I would definitely recommend Becextech for my friends.

Good value on the product i had purchased. Main product arrived within the shipping time frame. However the optional extras, did not arrive in the same shipment. Contacted customer service and was advised that the optional extras was not available on the time of original shipment and was sent later date. It would have been great if they had proactively notified me that this was to occur.

Bought a new phone for my wife for Christmas. Found that we couldn't get mobile data so contacted Becextech. We got a very speedy response asking us to check APN setting which we did, made an adjustment and it worked fine. Great service thanks
