My order was processed quickly and when I made a query/request, I got a very fast response (within an hour at the weekend). The goods arrived as described and well packaged. Overall, the level of service I received was excellent and not compromised by the good price that was offered. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again

The phone came quickly. Don't bother buying accessories through them as they don't come with the phone, but from individual companies in different locations at different times and you have to chase them for an explanation of what's going on.

Purchased a mobile via the website, which provided all the relevant detailed information I require to make a wise selection. Purchase experience was fast and efficient. Follow up query on the delivery was answered within 24 hours. Tracking the delivery was slightly confusing with DPEX - Toll Priority delivered in Australia (perhaps this could be stated with the connote). Overall, very happy with the experience.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: My advice is DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They sold me a faulty phone that does not charge, so it was sent back to their repairer twice now and they have hung onto it for a total of 4 months. I have only had it in my possession for a total of 3 weeks. It was in perfect condition when it was sent in for inspection (luckily I took photos of it before I sent it in) and now they claim it was received in a rough condition (for reasons later explained). They also tried to force me to provide my Google Account password without a legitimate reason but only an idiot would compromise their private information by providing this. They confirmed the handset was faulty and when I demanded a refund they refused on numerous occasions and forcibly offered a USED replacement instead of "same or similar condition" to what they received, completely devaluing the purchase by half. When I reluctantly agreed to the replacement after they kept taking several weeks to respond, and after they continually refused to acknowledge Australian Consumer Law and their obligation to give a full refund of the purchase price, they spent another 3 weeks trying to source a replacement handset but failed, so instead they came to the decision to provide me an insulting store credit knowing full well it would not be satisfactory to my request for a full refund. To add insult to injury, the value at which they offered a store credit is at half the amount I paid, only $500 of the $1000 I paid in cash, and their excuse is that the handset was not in perfect condition. As I mentioned earlier, I have photos of the device before it was sent in showing it's perfect condition but they still chose to ignore this when I presented it to them. This is still not resolved yet so I am without a phone for the last 5 months. I have already lodged a formal investigation with NSW Fair Trading / ACCC for legal action however this company is based in Indonesia and do not have an ABN which makes it difficult to take any action against them. Becextech is a registered trademark and is owned by BXT International Ltd, Reg No 1440086 in Hong Kong. They are a Grey Importer which means your consumer rights are very difficult to defend. I did find a website where you can make complaints about companies like this and encourage anyone who wishes to take action to make a complaint at https://www.econsumer.gov/en/FileAComplaint#crnt. Realistically the best way to get your money back is to use the charge-back facility on your credit or debit card if it was your method of payment (or if Paypal then even easier), but make sure they are in possession of the faulty item and only demand a refund as they will not return the device until you have succumbed to their demands. The bank will always side with you if you have evidence that the company has treated you unfairly and failing to offer a satisfactory solution.

I have almost this identical issue, currently been waiting 3 and a half months but will not give in to their 'offers' and am still pursuing a refund. I believe that the company is listed as JNL corporation Pty Ltd with the ABN 25 151 419 215 if you are still attempting to take legal action

Ordered a Nexus 6 last week, with the best price at the time. Received it in 4 days, even though it was supposed to takes longer. Today accidentally stumbled on the website that the phone is on sale at a lower price. Emailed Becextech asking whether could get the difference in price. Got a prompt response offering the store credit; which was truly nice.
Really happy experience! Way to go BecexTech!
