I ordered an ex demo iPhone 7 last Friday and it was delivered today just short of 7 business days and it had to come from interstate. Very happy with how quickly it arrived and the regular updates at every stage of progress. It’s not uncommon for businesses with great reviews to actually not meet expectations but this time it certainly did.

This would have to be the worst company I have ever dealt with.[Retracted generalised comment] We purchased a samsung 5, DOA, had to pay for return, then took another 3 wks to replace. New phone arrived, we have been locked out by samsung as it is a dodgey replacement phone not new and something to do with factory reset! We want our money back pronto and want nothing to ever do with this company again. Please beware!!

The absolute worst company in Australia to deal with. I purchase a Samsung galaxy note 4 in Sept 2016, 3 phones have been sent with back to as faulty and not working, then last replacement phone had US model firmware.. DON'T BUY FROM BECEXTECH.. I'M GOING TO THROUGH ACCC I CONTACTED THEM AND THEY THEIR WANT TO OPEN A CLASS ACTION WITH REGARD TO TERRIBLE PRODUCTS AND NO BACK UP SERVICE.
I'VE EXCHANGED OVER 200 EMAIL WITH THEM.. DON'T DO IT..
I OPENED A CASE WITH THE OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING IN APRIL THIS YEAR, THEY ADVISED BECEXTECH DIDN'T TO RESPOND.

NOT HAPPY DAN

The price of the item, which I purchased from their AU site was super reasonable. The staff were very efficient in communicating with customers, and I had the item in less than 5 business days, which very convenient. I would definitely recommend them.

Any time of day or night I've managed to contact someone. Granted it's personal experiences, but they've always managed to help in a timely manner too. And if ever I need a price adjustment for something I can't cancel, which has dropped price within hours of ordering, they are there to help. I can't say for certain they'd always do it for a fresh account, but if you're a returning customer they should help.

Terrible service! Ordered a phone at start of November, after our email to find out when delivery would be, told it was out of stock, changed order, after another email to find out when second order would be delivered, what do you know that’s out of stock too! Why have them available on website if they aren’t in stock? Emails not replied to, no phone number to call, I’d really recommend trying other places as this place is shocking! Shame on you, we’d ordered a phone with plenty of time for Xmas and now 2 weeks out you leave is high and dry!

Overall the experience with Becextech has been good. However, the courier company being used to make the deliveries (TOLL) is a very poor choice. Toll's customer service is very poor and when deliveries are not made (despite their online tracker system showing that goods are out for delivery), their customer service provide absolutely no useful information. The final phase of the experience of ordering through becexteh gets marred, when a 3rd party such as Toll ruin the customer experience.

Paid for a top of the range phone and was shipped out straight away. I was away on holiday at the time, when I had returned and opened the phone it didn't work properly here in Australia and wouldn't update. I contacted customer service and wanted a refund but they said because it had been delivered 2 weeks before I arrived home that the refund time was over and needed to be put in for warranty. Sent the phone in with all appropriate paperwork like they asked. And over 1 month later and countless emails I am still $700 out of pocket and with no phone.

Being a professional photographer I rely on good gear but also, the price comes off my bottom line so I went with Becextec. I must admit I was a little sceptical at first but my Canon 5D mark iv arrived fast and in perfect order. I've used it for 2 weddings now and couldn't be happier. Would recommend these guys and will use them again myself. Happy customer.

I recently purchased a Sony a6300 mirrorless camera from Becextech. Took 9 days from placing order to being delivered to my door. Camera is great, very happy with price, service etc. It is worrying that Becextech do not have a number to call if you have issues with your purchase. All the negative feedback I've read in various places online appears to be from people ordering cheap mobile phones.
I did get a little impatient after 6 days when my order was still processing. Contacted Becextech to query my order and received a reply within a couple hours to say it had been dispatched. All up like I said earlier I'm happy with my purchase. $ savings was probably 150% of GST charge if I'd purchased locally.

Approximate cost: $990

I would recommend BecexTech for the service is fantastic all the way to Tasmania in a week from ordering and a great price as well thanks Guys Great job will be back .
