Very good service. But a my canon camera..I got within 3 days..superfast..There was not any problem with the product. The price was also good. Love to do shopping in future again . Thank you so much..Thanks a lot

WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE.
I purchased two good quality cell phones from Becextech, one an iphone and the other an LG.
Within 12 months both cellphones developed issues.
I had to push pretty hard to get the iphone fixed under warranty. Before accepting responsibility BecexTech insisted I try some home remedies first. When BecexTech finally accepted responsibility it took them over 6 weeks to repair the phone and return it.
The issue with the LG phone turned out to be a common and well documented problem with LG phones. I had to send Becextech copies of internet articles to prove there was an issue, BecexTech claims the issue was caused by the phone being dropped. The LG phone took 4 weeks to be examined and in the end BecexTech were unable to repair it. BecexTech changed their story saying the problem is with the motherboard. BecexTech said they were unable to repair the phone as the motherboards were no longer available. It took me less than 5 minutes to find motherboards for the LG on three reputable websites. I advised BecexTech motherboards were available they told me to purchase a motherboard and post it to them so they could fix the phone. Unbelievable!!
With both phones I had to chase BecexTech to find out what was happening with the phones. I could have had both phones repaired at a local repair and had them back within a week, BecexTech maintained that a month to six weeks was a normal turn around time for phone repair.
Buyer beware. Buy electronic items through BecexTech at your own risk.

Similar issues with me. My iphone didn't work, nor did the next two replacements I was sent (took 5 weeks each time). Postage to return them each time was paid by me and now can't get a refund.

They did the same thing to me! - claimed I had dropped my phone, then claimed I had misused it and caused the damage, and then (endless emails later) called me a LIAR!!! Eventually sent me a replacement phone with different IMEI (as should eb the case) but WITH IDENTICAL SERIAL NUMBER AS THE PHONE I RETURNED TO THEM!! At present, no reasonable explanation from BecexTech other than asking me to return it so that "it can be repaired". How do you "repair" a duplicate Serial Number???

I've been buying from Becextech for over 5 years and I've never had a bad experience. They are my first stop when I'm looking for some new gear.
I almost always shop-around and so far there have only been a couple of instances (out of literally hundreds of purchases) where someplace else had a significantly lower price.
When I need something and don't have time to look around, I always choose Becextech because I know their price will be competitive and their customer service is great.

5/5 for everything. Price was by far the most reasonable, online or in store. I was nervous about it since it was an important present, and customer service was lovely about it and responded to my queries within a couple of days. It was delivered far faster than I thought it would be too. Best online buying experience in a couple of years really.

WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!! Very late supply of an iPhone... 2 weeks longer than advised. Being desperate, I bought directly from Apple. After 4 weeks of communication, I still haven't got my money back.. currently pursuing my money back through an AMEX chargeback. I would not recommend BecexTech Australia to anyone.

I recently made a large camera purchase and the annoying verified by visa thing came up and, of course, since I only use the thing like two other times in my lifetime I can't remember the code I made however long ago. My order was declined since I entered the wrong code and I went to re-place the order The customer service representative took the time to look up the correct information and help any way they could to resolve the issue.
I was very pleased with Becextech customer service. In the end, I ended up doing exactly what I had planned to do, re-place the order with Paypal, but the customer service conversation was actually very informative and helpful. Thank you

I was buying a new iPhone 7 for my daughter who is at college. I had never purchased anything at Becextech but a friend in IT told me they have great customer service. I had emailed them and they did a great job answering all my questions, doing a price match and taking the order. I will definity be purchasing here again.

Read the fine print!!! Phone was dead on arrival, this company has no phone contact, only email. They insist postage return at your expense, 6 week wait. The replacement has fault under warranty, 3 days email response, quote 2-4 weeks repair time, postage expense again. I took it to [Redacted alternate business] instead, fixed in 1/2 hour. Will never ever use this company again.

After receiving my purchase from Becextech finally on Monday 30th October - that is 14 days after purchase date while I am happy with my purchase I have had better customer service experiences.
Although I understand that things can go wrong and in my case they did, one of the most important ingredients to resolving issues satisfactorily is communication.
It can be disturbing to get no response for days and then be told my email ended up in a spam folder.
The company has no phone contact and so email and opening a troubleshooting ticket are ones only recourse. Both these are time consuming and do nothing to assuage buyer anxiety. Especially when the response time I extremely slow.

By the time I finally received answers I was annoyed and had written a feedback
that was quite negative and I am happy to amend that today. I cannot say it was a positive experience. I can however say that since receiving my parcel I have been in timely email contact with the company and the after service was positive. I told them directly that they need to do something about their customer communications.
And they acknowledged the issues I raised.
So no harm done and all is well. I have my phone and I would definitely give their company another try.

Lens was delivered extremely quickly, all in one piece and communication was excellent throughout. Would have no hesitation shopping here again.
