How good a supplier/vendor really is cannot be judged until their response to a problem is experienced. Hopefully I'll never know here with the goods performing as they should!

I replied to an email from BecexTech on 10/4/17 to complain about the phone freezing up. I received no response as the e-mail they had on their invoice was incorrect. I finally hunted them on the internet to put in a complaint. They did respond by asking me different questions over each e-mail basically wasting my time. I finally told them to give me an address to send the phone back and get a refund this finally happened 6/9/17. I paid to send the phone back and they said they will fix or replace. It is now 24/10/17 and all I am getting is excuses after I keep e-mailing to get a replacement. The phone was not new as it froze then started coming apart then the camera stopped working. The invoice they posted with phone also had an incorrect amount and it came from China not Australia. I have complained to paypal but they have a time limit to use their complaint system. I had to e-mail Bextech again just to find out how to leave a review. This company is suspect not me. But don’t worry I won’t bother anymore I am just going to department of fair trading.

Yes, I had a similar problem, wasting emails. Dead on arrival, response email messages to try this try that, then asked to submit a video of me carrying out the tasks to prove it was dead! Really.

Similar issue for me... 3 faulty phones from them to date (after sending each one back and waiting weeks and weeks like the people above), and they are now refusing to give me a refund...but have offered to repair the phone if I pay for parts and postage both ways!!!! RIP OFF!

I am very happy with both the ordering process through Becextech and my new phone. Delivery only took a week and I understand the phone came from overseas so that was a great turn around time as it included a security verification which I appreciated. The phone is fantastic for what I need, loved the price, very easy to set up. From the time of opening the parcel to fully operational was only about 10 mins. Has not given me any grief at all. Long battery life. Got the gold colour and it looks cool. Email support team was very helpful when trying to choose between phone models. Will buy from here again and also recommend to all and sundry

Horrible customer service experience with Sony Z3 Compact phone not fixed after 2 attempts under warranty. I found the customer service to be terrible, like the 1 star suggests. Becex didn't offer up any other solution but to send the phone back a 3rd time. Situation has been ongoing for 4 months. Both warranty repairs went well past estimated return times and have cost time, money and stress. Be careful with faulty and under warranty products with Becex. Poor customer service.
