Caution when buying from BecexTech. Our samsung S5 failed after 11 months. We returned the phone for repair under warranty, as the battery was heating up and not holding charge. We were then told the phone had suffered from water damage and would not be covered. Photos were sent to us, clamming to be of our phone, showing damage to the back cover. I challenged this claim as our phone was treated like a baby and spent it's life in a protective case and never immersed in water.

I ordered a camera, spare battery etc. The price was good, and shipping to Australia quick. Delivery by Toll was missed, and I had to drive a fair way to retrieve goods from Toll. Toll tracking included 2 "phantom deliveries" (after a real attempted delivery) which they admitted were just scans taken at their warehouse. Not everything I ordered was delivered, as apparently 2 items were out of stock. I contacted becextech to ask for a refund for the missed items, which, to their credit, was promptly delivered, with a minimum of fuss

I bought the Olympus EM10 Mark ii from this website. Their customer service is excellent, you will get a reply really quick. After using the camera for a while, it is a realy good one and the price is the best! Definitely will come back again.

I was very pleased with BecexTech's excellent customer service, delivery and price. I am very happy to use them again and I've already recommended them to two others the very few days since receiving my Canon 5D camera. They kept me informed through the transaction and were diligent in ensuring that my $5000 transaction via credit card was as fraud free as possible by asking additional details. I was very happy to take the extra time to comply. Camera and lens arrived exceedingly quickly and was really well packed. I was initially wary of using a company out of Hong Kong - but my research on Whirlpool Forums and ProductReview.com sites gave me much greater comfort after a consistency of reviews that could not have been faked.

I would not recommend purchasing from BECEX .
I purchased a Sony XZ phone, after 7 months, it went faulty, I returned it to BECEX repair agent, " the mobile phone clinic" at my cost to be told the phone had been "tampered with" and my warranty was void. This $800 phone was never opened or repaired and to be told it was, is false. They quoted $55 to return unrepaired phone to me. Sony Australia will not cover warranty from phones purchased from BECEX and state BECEX repairer, "The mobile phone clinic" are not authorised sony repairers. So is it's their word against mine. Consumer affairs VIC have requested their warranty document as I don't believe their warranty conditions meet the basic entitlements under Aust consumer Law for "remedy". It seems the only way to either get my money back or phone repaired is to take them to VCAT, which will be my new year goal. My recommendation is to buy from a company that offers an insurance policy of your phone purchase for loss or damage.

I ordered my camera Sony rx 100 iv under the impression that I would receive it before I left for overseas as it is advertised that it would leave the warehouse in 1-3 days and I assumed it would leave their office in Point Cook. I found out later that their warehouse is actually in Hong Kong. Nothing on their website states this.

Fast forward 3 days, I still had not received an email confirming my order or anything, so I emailed them. The guy was quick to respond back in an appropriate amount of time but never told me where camera was coming from. I was due to leave for Japan soon and I knew that I would not get my item in time so I redirected my item to another address which they were able to help with. This whole process took another week and I was already overseas by then. I only found out that it came from HK when they sent me the tracking details.

I wasn't able to use my camera in Japan, I badly wanted to return it but all the trouble getting it over outweighed the whole process. If I knew that it this whole process of buying a camera online would take 2.5 weeks just for a $200 difference, I would have just brought it from [Redacted another business name] another physical shop. I can not begin to imagine the whole process and time of what would happen if my camera becomes faulty etc.

The camera itself is fine, no problems with it yet. Never again will I buy from here and I do not recommend this website. Even though it is cheaper, you need to ask yourself, is it worth the trouble?

I ordered a Canon 5d mark iv kit which arrived a day early! Everything was packed securely & it all arrived safely. All of the items were as described on the website & were in perfect condition. I was very impressed with my order. I ordered a kit & none of the items were cheap or subpar quality. I was very happy with all of the items. I feel as if I received a very good deal for my money. I will definitely be ordering again!!! Thank you so much for putting together these great kits.

I have shopped with Becextech for many years, and this time, as always, the camera and associated material arrived right on schedule and in good condition. The only thing that troubled me slightly was that they had added no padding around the camera box inside their larger box. But, Canon's packaging was sufficient that everything was fine.

CAN'T WE GIVE A HALF STAR?
[redacted comments] I purchased a Samsung galaxy note 4 in Sept 2016, 3 phones have been sent with back to as faulty and not working, then last replacement phone had US model firmware.. 15 month's and I don't even have a phone.. DON'T BUY FROM BECEXTECH.. I'M GOING TO THROUGH ACCC I CONTACTED THEM AND THEY WANT TO OPEN CLASS ACTION WITH REGARD TO TERRIBLE PRODUCTS AND NO BACK UP SERVICE.
I'VE EXCHANGED OVER 200 EMAIL WITH THEM.. DON'T DO IT..
I OPENED A CASE WITH THE OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING IN APRIL THIS YEAR, THEY ADVISED BECEXTECH DIDN'T TO RESPOND.My last correspondence from Becextech is they require $20 from me to send the phone I sent to them they admit it's made for the US Market but just don't care

Could not agree more! They are absolute CRAP!!! I have been battling them over a warranty claim (endless emails) that they tired so hard to deny. Finally sent a replacement phone - even though I demanded a refund! - which arrived on 22/12/17. Opened it (photographed each step to cover my butt while dealing with such a dodgy company) to discover the replacement phone has a different IMEI (as it should) but HAS THE IDENTICAL SERIAL NUMBER TO THE ONE I RETURNED TO THEM!! Not possible if it is a genuine Samsung Galaxy S5 (or any phone for that matter) - and no reasonable explanation from them, just a request to return it so they "can repair it". WTF!!! How do you "repair" a duplicate Serial Number!?? Same as you ....ALL I WANT IS A REFUND. Would appreciate the details for ACCC. These guys are unbelievably UNETHICAL, and DODGY.

Becextech did an excellent job handling an unfortunate circumstance. I was in the process of setting up my brand new phone when it suddenly died. It would not turn on at all. I began running through diagnostics to narrow down what had caused the problem, including using a different charger. I told them my situation and they worked with me for a solution to resolve this problem: I get to send back my phone for replacement. Thank you for working with me to get this resolved! I plan on using them again in the future.

seems all there phones die. you then have to pay to return it! then they send you another one that doesnt work. I'm sorry this review sounds like it was written by someone at the company as they really dont want customers to know how bad they are
