We knew what we wanted, checked Becextech to price compare.. They beat out the others, we made our order without difficulty, all was clear and straightforward. The order arrived on time.! As I said, no problems here, we'll continue to check out Becextech!

I had an urgent order for a new phone because I was leaving the country for a month. The team were really responsive to queries and updates. My order was initially held up because of some verification procedure with was a bit frustrating. But they managed to get the phone to me within a few days of the order being processed - well before I left the country - which was really awesome.

Bought a GH5 (camera), It was the cheapest one I could find. It worked fine at first then down the line it developed an internal problem (dead pixels). I returned it on warranty 8 weeks ago but still have not received the camera back. I thought the 4-6 weeks of standard repair time they told me was excessive but 8 weeks is ridiculous.

I have lost thousands of dollars in that period due to being out of work from not having my camera. Next time I'll pay the extra couple of hundred and go with another company that looks after you when it counts.

This is a horrible business who should be shut down. Do yourself a favor before you buy and google ACCC BecexTech. If you still buy from them knowing they sold fake iPhone's to others don't be surprised when you have problems. I have a letter from Apple advising that a phone I bought from BecexTech is a FAKE. I only realised it was fake when Apple wouldn't repair it.

I would recommend them to everyone. I was so impressed with the level of service, I bought a phone and received it within 2 days shipped to Australia. Great price, good range of products. I will definitely be buying here again!

I have been a Becextech customer for 2.5 years now. Never had a problem with getting what I wanted and needed. Have only had to return an item once due to manufacturers problem and they took care of that right away. Wouldn't think of doing business with anyone else. They really are that good.

UNSATISFACTORY. Products are at best dodgy, and customer service is slow and unsatisfactory. I bought two iphone 5S's for my duaghters - both stopped working 1-4 weeks after purchase. Sent both phones back at my expense - returned 8 weeks later only to break again. Sent back, and Becextech refused to acknowledge the fault on one and changed me $55 admin fee. Phone came back and problem re-occuured so they refunded the $55 and after another 8 weeks sent a replacement phone. This then stopped working, and I returned again demanding a full refund - to be told Aus Post didn't deliver despite a tracking number and Aus Post claiming they delivered. I am now in a no win situation - terrible customer service, terrible product. My advice is to avoid at all costs - its cheap, and you get what you pay for!!

Be aware of the misleading free insurance offer on there products, I dropped my phone and had it repaired at my cost as I did not have the time to send the phone away to Becex tech nominated repairer whom is a fair distance away, when the phone was repaired by my repairer ( I replaced the screen because it cracked when I dropped it ) it continued to have call drop outs so I asked Becex tech to repair it under the free insurance they offer with the phone, it seems that the free insurance they offer is only if the phone is damaged when they post it out to you, so they offer free insurance for postal delivery only, what a misleading offer, why not make this clear? why would the consumer require free insurance for postal delivery when it is the Vendors responsibility to deliver the phone and to deliver it in new condition? This company is not a company I could recommend, I will for one never consider purchasing anything from then and consumers please be aware of the false advertising.

I brought galaxy 7 off them great company overall great as no fault at all great delivery time great product very happy I have had no problems ill would buy again off them
