Ordered online. Had a problem with the payment. It was not BecexTech fault. The problem was somewhere between PayPal and my bank. Even thought it was not their fault, their customer service team worked tirelessly to get it resolved. We got it fixed the same day and I even got my camera about 3 days early! Thank you

I ordered a Canon 5d mark iv kit which arrived a day early! Everything was packed securely & it all arrived safely. All of the items were as described on the website & were in perfect condition. Received the item as described in the time stated. The customer service in response to my emails was fabulous.

I do not recomend buying from this store at least online.
I ordered a demo refurbrished s8 phone. I also ordered a charging pad and case and screen protector.
Phone turns up with a s7 charger and nothing else. I contact them to say hey you forgot the rest of my order and they did not respond. I then attempted a week later to contact them and i was angry by this point and they say "we do not promise to send a charger with our phones but you can keep the one we sent"
We didnt have the other things you ordered at the time of shipment but we can process a refund in a few days.
Judging by the reviews this is common and its common for the phones not to last. Stay away from this place go elsewhere.
