Would not recommend purchasing anything from this company/companies alike.
Purchased a Samsung Galaxy S5 G900 4G LTE 16GB Smartphone Black with the statement - 1. 100% Authentic product in original retail box - NOT TRUE.
After having the phone only 5 months, it started going into meltdown, constantly freezing, not receiving messages & calls, turning off and on by itself, phone not unlocking and other issues.
Upon receiving the phone when originally purchased, the back cover to the phone nor the battery cover to the bottom click shut properly.
Due to my technical issues, spent hours on the phone with Samsung troubleshooting after finally doing a factory reset. The phone then became completely useless, not connecting to data, freeing, no apps working and not receiving messages or calls.
Due to this I took the phone into the Samsung store at Robina (being told if there is an issue with the phone regardless of where purchased they will replace/repair). After connecting the phone for the diagnosis, the gentlemen at Samsung was devastated to tell me the phone was a fake, they can tell straight away as it will "prick" the system.
Going through warranty process with Becextech has not been a great experience. Having sent the phone back for repair inclusive of headphone jack not working, it was returned to me with a crack to the screen not originally there.
I also sent them the original box and headphones back with the phone which i did not receive back. Maybe re-using for other phones to other customers???
Two and a half months later, I am now being told i have to lodge a dispute with Australia Post for the crack to the phone, that was poorly wrapped in a sheet of bubble wrapped and taped up.
Save your dollars and buy in Australia!

So far, one star. I got a personal email advising that the product I am after is in stock. Upon ordering, I get a further email advising that the item is actually out of stock. Please make up your mind.

1. I still have not heard back from their customer service department
2. They took my money straight away for a product that they did not have to sell
3. I cancelled the order on Wednesday (16/08) and as of today Monday (21/08) they still have not refunded the money into my account

The worst experience with a retail brand I have EVER had. I purchased the iPhone 6s plus 6 months ago. In that time it has been returned twice to be fixed. The first time due to it not charging, the second time the screen became unresponsive to touch (which is awesome when it is a touch screen). We then asked for a replacement rather than a repair as this would be the 3rd time we would have to send it away. BecexTech agreed however (because I'm not frustrated enough) rather than replacing the phone like specifying they just send back the old iPhone!!!! When we received the phone the screen was still broken, even though we paid them $90 to replace it (so they could sell it to another customer). It also wouldn't charge. They are slow, bureaucratic and time wasters. This is meant to be a business phone which we have advised them and now we are SIX MONTHS without a working phone and this is after getting told by them that they would get onto it urgently! What a complete waste of time. I will never buy from them again. Thanks for wasting half a year BecexTech. Hopefully you guys can sort it out before the coutdown to midnight on new year 2018.

I recently bought a Tamron camera lens from BecexTech. I accidently ordered the wrong model and sent a message. The adjustment was quickly made to my order and a refund issued for the price difference promptly. The right lens arrived within the suggested time. Very Happy :-)

Bought the OnePlus 5 from BecexTech and it is a gem and there service was prompt and website layout was professional and easy to navigate, Would shop from them again.

Very happy with the iPhone 7 that I purchased through BecexTech Australia. It works perfectly & was at a great price. I would thoroughly recommend this company. Delivery was very timely as well.

purchased iphone 7, everything was great, just a bit slower than stated on site to process the order for shipping . Otherwise excellent online shopping experience, competitive prices, and shipping (priority) was quick once it was booked in.

I recently made a huge mistake and purchased some equipment that turned out to be incompatible with my setup, and to my demise these items were not covered under a return policy. However after emailing customer servic, the day was saved! Zlatan was very kind and helpful in assisting me in order to get a return processed for my items. Thank you so much Zlatan, you are a godsend

i would not spend 1 cent with this business i purchased a new phone on the 30th of June & was told i would receive a email when it had been dispatched, even after reading the website it said i would get my phone within 7 to 10 days ... well i waited till the 19th of July & i still had not received the email saying it was sent, then the company made every excuse in the book to say some more lies .. they then told me they would send a 16 gb memory card as compensation due to there terrible customer service & as i expected that was also a lie I DID NOT GET ANY MEMORY CARD .. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY .. PS THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT IN AUSTRALIA AS MENTIONED ON THE WEBSITE & THEY ALSO DON'T HAVE A PHONE NUMBER SO DON''T EXPECT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL .. [redacted] I ALSO PAID FOR A SCREEN PROTECTOR & CASE AND WAS SENT NOTHING BUT AN IMPORTED PHONE .. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!!!

after many emails back and forth .. I was refunded the case & screen protector & also compensated with a 32gb memory card for the inconvenience .. unfortunately week after using my phone .. it had a software errors and the screen went Black & it never worked again ....some thing to do with the Backlight not working and i have had to send it in for repairs ...
awaiting the outcome of the decision to fix it or not .. under warranty.
(Not via Becextech Australia).

I Don't recommend anyone waste their money on products from this company ...
