I was so excited to receive my new Samsung Galaxy S8.
I went ahead with this order because I wanted the dual sim model and because they offered a 12 month Australian warranty. The price was excellent as well. It was hundreds of dollars cheaper then what the retail cost is here in Australia.

The model is from Vietnam and as such has a foreign plug, however they are all a USB design anyway and you can switch that out easily if you wish PLUS they sent a travel adaptor which was a nice touch. I love my phone and very excited to have it. Delivery was super fast as well. I received my model in a week and I selected standard delivery.

I bought a sony ip68 Rated phone It got moisture in it and these guys wont cover it under warranty. Bought 2 of the same phone and had to get one replaced as it was faulty. The replacement got wet in the rain and they refused to cover warranty citing sony as saying it's not a waterproof phone. Service was slack as the first phone took over a month to replace and constantly had to chase them up. Use a company that at least has a phone number so you can speak to someone. I did to buy a replacement phone and the service side has been much better.

Their service was out of this world. The communication was fast. They did not bull*** me with any false advertisements like (catch deal) other websites. I would recommend people to start BUYING FROM other websites which charges ridiculous amount of money and delivery take a lifetime to come. (speaking from experience)

I purchased the Samsung galaxy s8, despite the high postage cost ($75) , it was much cheaper than any other website I'd looked at. The cheapest website had very bad reviews and horror stories, so I went with BecexTech (the second cheapest website, but good reviews) . The phone came in its original packaging with all the accessories (including AKG headphones), I had been emailing them to check up on the warranty information and they had been very prompt in answering all my questions. I got an email telling me when it was shipped, bought it on Wednesday and received it the following Tuesday (a day after I was told it had left the warehouse). The package also came with an Australian power adapter (because it's an international model so the charger inside is an international plug). Very very happy with my purchase. Low prices, fantastic customer support and adequate tracking for a great purchasing experience! Product takes a considerable amount of time to be delivered but the lower price and guarantee of a good delivery makes it well worth it. Product came well packaged and cost considerably less than other stores!
