Would not recommend purchasing anything from this company/companies alike.
Purchased a Samsung Galaxy S5 G900 4G LTE 16GB Smartphone Black with the statement - 1. 100% Authentic product in original retail box - NOT TRUE.
After having the phone only 5 months, it started going into meltdown, constantly freezing, not receiving messages & calls, turning off and on by itself, phone not unlocking and other issues.
Upon receiving the phone when originally purchased, the back cover to the phone nor the battery cover to the bottom click shut properly.
Due to my technical issues, spent hours on the phone with Samsung troubleshooting after finally doing a factory reset. The phone then became completely useless, not connecting to data, freeing, no apps working and not receiving messages or calls.
Due to this I took the phone into the Samsung store at Robina (being told if there is an issue with the phone regardless of where purchased they will replace/repair). After connecting the phone for the diagnosis, the gentlemen at Samsung was devastated to tell me the phone was a fake, they can tell straight away as it will "prick" the system.
Going through warranty process with Becextech has not been a great experience. Having sent the phone back for repair inclusive of headphone jack not working, it was returned to me with a crack to the screen not originally there.
I also sent them the original box and headphones back with the phone which i did not receive back. Maybe re-using for other phones to other customers???
Two and a half months later, I am now being told i have to lodge a dispute with Australia Post for the crack to the phone, that was poorly wrapped in a sheet of bubble wrapped and taped up.
Save your dollars and buy in Australia!
