Took my $1900 last Friday - item on there website no really available - still waiting for my money - week now!!

Unfortunately, I have a very bad experience with BecexTech. I purchased an iPhone6, which was faulty. After 1,5 month I've got a replacement. But the second iPhone is also faulty. In my experience the quality of BecexTech products is very low. Apple Store did an inspection of my iPhone and found that the main parts (like battery, screen, etc.) are not original Apple. I'm very disappointed with the product and customer service. BecexTech refused to give me money refund. As they are based in HK and I get the feeling they don't care about Australian law. The company doesn't have a phone number to contact them, as well as a repair or service center in NSW. I would like to aware everyone from buying any product of this company as I've only had problems when dealing with them.

I ordered 2 iPhones and was a bit worried initially as I did not hear at all. But on contacting BecexTech, their staff replied within an hour to my emails. My only complaint is that I was not informed of the delivery of my items and had to contact the Couriers to retry delivery the next day. I received the Shipped status email today, 5 days after I received the goods. Otherwise all good.

My 2nd time ordering a Sony phone from BecexTech. I bought a Lumia 930 and I received it in less than 7 days. I had a problem during the order with my credit card but easily solved via mail by customer service. I also received as advertised the free cover but I didn't think it would be the original Nokia one. Thank you I will definitely buy again with you

Becextech seem to have appeard out of nowhere, their links didnt work on here so I googled them and sent an email. They responded super quick so I decided to go ahead with a purchase of S7 Edge 32GB. Process was smooth and paid via PayPal. I placed the order on Tuesday afternoon, I got a tracking number on Friday night and had the phone in my hand on Monday night. These guys are super quick and so easy to deal with. Highly recommend them as they are certainly faster and easier to deal with than the rest.
