I have purchased small and large items ($300 - $5000) and have never been disappointed. Prices and quality are always first rate and delivery is exceptionally quick.

I am warning all consumers, DO NOT purchase products online from this company. I received a faulty item that did not work. I sent it back and they trumped up a claim that the product was damaged. I had the product for less than a week. Customer service is only by email, no address or phone number [Redacted inflammatory comment] They were evasive and semi literate, which is a significant problem when you are trying to communicate your concern.

Same here, nothing but issues...Phone didn't work, nor did the next two replacements I was sent. Postage to return them each time was paid by me and now can't get a refund from them....

Sounds very similar to my issue, my post isnt up yet its being moderated but my advice is when lodging court action which I did yesterday before reading any reviews, becextech isnt the entity that company is under its BXT international limited you need to take action against

I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this business, based upon my experience to date. While pricing is good, the Samsung Galaxy S5 Smartphone (released in Israel no less, and shipped from Hong Kong warehouse!!) is faulty, and the 1 Year Australian Limited Warranty given by BecexTech (AU) seems to be as useful as an ashtray on a motorcycle!
My case manager - [Redacted personal identifier] - has repeatedly tried to reject my warranty claim, and now 11 days later advised my case has been escalated to a senior customer service offer and had the hide to ask that I "kindly wait for further update", Customer Service is absolutely woeful (or non-existent). When you buy from BecexTech (AU), you will get a GREAT price, but ZERO Customer Service if you need to make a warranty claim.

I am interested in the legal action... I've had 3 phones, each faulty, each taking 6 weeks to get to me... now they are saying my warranty period is up and they won't refund! Seriously dodgy..

This is my second time buying with Becextech in Australia. The Surface Pro 2017 I bought is a genuine overseas product at a much competitive price compared to a local stock. However, please be aware that the cable is a foreign cable (mine given is UK) with an AU/NZ adapter provided. This is perhaps quite unclear on the website. Nevertheless, the overseas cable is very acceptable with this price difference. Well done BecexTech, I will shop with you again.

This was my first time using Becextech and it was a great experience. They were extremely helpful when I contacted for product related questions and placing my order. When I received the products, one was defective and contacted Becextech. April was very understanding and extremely helpful with replacing the item. With great customer service, Becextech will be my go to for electronic related purchases. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

I bought an Iphone 6 from BecexTech believing it was new - it was my fault, I should have known what NRC meant. It also took sometime to arrive because, despite the Victorian address, it was sent from China. Within about a week it failed to charge so I had to return it for repairs under warranty. It took 5 weeks because it was returned to China for repairs - a long time to do without a phone.
I recently dropped the phone and cracked the screen. I knew this wasn't covered under warranty and I didn't want to be without a phone for another 5 weeks so I had it repaired locally. During this process I found out that the phone was missing 3 internal screws, 2 sensors and a metal plate to hold the battery in place. I had these all replaced and advised BecexTech. They took no responsibility for the problems and just advised that my warranty was now void.
I will never use BecexTech again and have let all my friends know.
