On the wednesday I ordered a samsung galaxy s8 plus with a 2 GB SD card, and on the friday I received a 4 GB SD card in the mail, and on the monday my phone arrived, with an australian power adapter included for the battery charger. Bought my Huawei P10 Plus from BecexTech. Ordered Fri and parcel arrived following Thu. They ship via DHL with tracking and you can alter the delivery to a newsagent so no waiting for courier. Good price and service.

No. Some phones are said to be as restored in heading other's only in condition. Be very careful. Mine wasnt sealed and theres an issue with loading web pages. Mines tampered

I purchased the Samsung galaxy s8, despite the high postage cost, it was much cheaper than any other website I'd looked at. The cheapest website had very bad reviews and horror stories, so I went with BecexTech (the second cheapest website, but good reviews) . The phone came in its original packaging with all the accessories (including AKG headphones), I had been emailing them to check up on the warranty information and they had been very prompt in answering all my questions. I got an email telling me when it was shipped, bought it on Wednesday and received it the following Tuesday (a day after I was told it had left the warehouse). The package also came with an Australian power adapter (because it's an international model so the charger inside is an international plug). Very very happy with my purchase. This was by far the worst online shopping experience to date. I had ordered a camera bundle which includes the camera and lense + tripod + memory card + sreenprotector + camera cases + original battery. After delay in shipping I contacted them and was provided the shipping details. When the package arrived only the camera and lense was included.

Its been 4-5 weeks since placing the order and I still do not have all the goods as per the order - shocking !!!!

PS: they claim to be an Australian but they have not had the courtesy to call me after I repeatedly asked to have a discussion with them. Everything is done electronically with at least a days delay between responses.

I was shopping for a Nikon 20mm lens, and was considering the different sellers, when I noticed Becextech was offering a really nice price. That convinced me to order with them (first time), and a few days later the package was at the mail. Will not be the last time I shop with them.
