The lens arrived well promptly and well packaged. Becextech is an easy to deal with company. They communicate well and keep you well informed of each step of your transaction. The lens we brought was several hundred dollars cheaper than any local retailer could supply.

Have charged extra twice for a substitute and a week later still not shipped. Still not refunded over a week later.

10 days after taking money have now advised a second item is now not in stock.

I chose items that were 1-3 days ship from warehouse on priority freight 2-4 days and have received nothing.

There was an issue regarding shipping and the rep some how got this stressed out and aggravated customer smiling. This would be the worst online company I have ever dealt with.
I had the displeasure of purchasing a phone from them on the 8 May and 3 days it it developed a fault with the speaker.
The phone was return within a week and we have received the repaired Phone back on the 3 July.
It has taken numerous emails and much conflict to resolve this faulty product. We intend to recover cost incurred via the court process but they are too cowardly to respond to request for providing details for court documents. They hide behind email address and will not provide contacts details. They will not even talk to you.
If you are in New Zealand DO NOT purchase from this company as they believe they are above New Zealand consumer laws.
The phone was returned with the faulty charger which we highlighted to them when we returned the product.

The battle will continue and will be advising all our friends by word of mouth and social media to avoid this company.

Great service - questions answered very promptly. Ordered on Monday afternoon and received on Thursday morning. Less than 5 days to come from Hong Kong to my place. Now, I call that very speedy. Delighted with quality of product.

1. Not an Australian company
2. Phones come from overseas so don't expect it anytime soon if your in a hurry
3. Non genuine, sub standard parts fitted inside - Apple don't want to know about it so don't rely on factory warranty
4. They agreed to repair item but you won't get it back in a hurry if at all and when you ask for a refund they quoted terms from the ACCC ten times suggesting they are within their rights to repair and not refund even after not having phone for 2 months after purchase.
Do your homework regarding the phone you buy.
If it doesn't come from an apple approved supplier here in oz you may really struggle with any apple factory repairs or warranty
