This review is for Paddington Markets, Paddington NSW

Its very hard to give a fair rating above as some stall holders are so bored and look as if your an inconvenience and others are extremly friendly and helpful. As with the quality and value it varies from one stall to another, the only real fair way would be for someone to get all the inviduals details and enter them as independant businesses that they are and rate them.
But having said all that I can reveiw the paddington markets as a whole, they are exciting, with a good variety of items, its now till August that is the best time to go as the crowds are less in Winter months and the food and hot drinks more welcome.
Love the arts and crafts and have bought some lovely shirts here the thin cotton ones which show off my muscles. This palce has become an icon must visit at least once market and is up there with the best.

This review is for MAI-PHI NEWSAGENCY, Redfern NSW

verified email - 11 May 2012

This is a large Newsagency servicing most of central Refern, they have a huge selection of magazines, all the daily papers, Cards and wrapping paper and many other staionary delights.
The staff a friendly and attentive though they didnt sell me the winning ticket in the 70 million lotery so thats a bit of a poo poo. But apart that this obvious lack of consideration to my future wealth and wellbeing, all considered they are pretty good.
Excellent news agancy if you should be in the Redfern area.

The service is wonderful, the staff are compassionate and caring, My selection was dealt with quickly and ordered and processed and Cody Hambly is very good at this business. It cant be easy being surrounded by people going through the saddest times of their lives, but Cody would surely make one feel a little better.

Every tens reastaurants we go too we have to go to a Vegetarian one for my vegetarian friends and this seems to be the one we choose the most.
We've never been on a Saturday night so hav'nt had the same experience As the last reviewer.
We have had very good food here, good service, and it all tastes very good, and best of all keeps my Vegetarian friends happy, so that's all that matters.

This review is for Holiday Inn Old Sydney, Sydney NSW

A Lovely and great IHG hotel, In the classic Rococo design, well Im not sure if it is but I thought it sounded nice, What I can say and be totally sure about is that the Holiday Inn at the Rocks is Marvelous. If you don't mind paying a little more, as there are four Holiday Inns in Sydney, then this should be your first choice, with a lovely setting, fantastic views of the harbour and Sydney Opera House from the Roof top Pool area.
This hotel puts you right in the heart of old Sydney, The Rocks. The restaurants are good, the room service is fabulous, the reception staff extremely friendly and attentive.
Rococo or not its Brilliant.

This review is for Doyles On The Beach, Watsons Bay NSW

Doyles on the Beach, Watsons Bay. On this, the original site, they opened Australia's first seafood restaurant in 1885. They have been family owned and operated ever since.
This restaurant is stunning, right on the foreshore of Watsons Bay overlooking the magnificent Sydney Harbour. i have been coming here since I brought clients out whilst I was ironically the food and Beverage Manager of Sydney Opera House, in the 1980's this was as internationally famous and the place to be for Sydneysiders and tourists alike. It has always been of the freshest and highest quality that to this day I continue to take friends, family and overseas guests to this fine place.
Open lunch and dinner, 7 days a week.

Approximate cost: $Pricey but worth every cent
