With better restaurants nearby this place tends to be one for the tourists. But it still serves great food, but nothing that is special or innovative. Still a nice place to take visitors from abroad.
I had dinner was perfect. After was a lovely concert and then canapés and drinks on the concert halls forecourt whilst we watched the fire works.
Love it, Brilliant Review
The best thing about this place is that it's inside the Opera House. Apart from that the food is below average & overpriced. One of the waiters was also rude. If you want a dining experience at the Opera House, buy some take-away & sit on the steps
i've been here multiple times, the food has always been amazing! great portions for a degustation menu! the souffle is always perfect ever time :)
Had a great experience at this restaurant for my birthday this year. Service was wonderful. The waiters were very attentive and friendly. The doorman was quite rude to us however, which I found puzzling. We approached him to tell him the name our booking was under and he pretended he couldn't hear a thing we'd said. But that aside, the atmosphere was great, the view was lovely and the food was fantastic. It's fine dining indeed.
What a magical experience! I recently dined at Guillaume, and had a very pleasant evening full of fantastic food, wonderful wine, and stunning surrounds.
The food was exquisite, I had the quail, and my partner the crab salad as entrees. The crab salad was very delicate, and the portions were quite generous. For entrees, I had a the beef, and my partner had the flounder. For dessert, the chocolate souffle and pear tarte. The souffle was quite a treat, light and airy. The flavours were very refined and worked in harmony.
