We love having Yum Cha here there is a excellent selection of Chinese dishes and they just keep coming around. The restaurant is so big and usually so busy that everything is fresh as it just keeps being made as they go. Very good service, and a good place to go before or after a movie as its opposite Hoyt's, and there is of course Myer, DJ's and hundred of shops in one of the best Westfields.

Though it has been a convenient favourite with tourists and theatregoers since 2000, I have been here a few times before shows at the Opera house and my experiences till recently have been average, but my last was Excellent, why? Chef Andy Evans has taken over the reins at Quayside after a lengthy stint juggling pans as one of Neil Perry's main men at Rockpool, a period at Perry's XO and at China Doll in Woolloomooloo.

The waterside restaurant serves a brasserie-style menu of modern Australian fare, which might include such dishes as cured wagyu beef with horseradish cream; or blue eye tagine with roast tomatoes, cannellini beans and minted butter.I have tried these and they are simply excellent. There are still the solid-gold views of Sydney's iconic Opera House and Harbour Bridge, the leisurely progress of ferries over the blue water and some of the best people-watching in the city.

I enjoyed my meal here, but I was with some good friends and that at the end of the day is all that is important.

We go here many Sunday's after our game, and the staff are always very friendly, helpful and very attentive. They make a very nice coffee no matter what your creation, I love their white chocolate mocha.
They have a delightful range of snacks, sandwiches and cakes something to satisfy all tastes. It's a great place to sit and people watch.

We came here simply to drink and perv, there are so many cute people. We were staying at Netanya next door so we didn't need to eat here, but the menu looked good and whilst cheaper than our accommodation, it was up there with the Hastings street prices.
Best time from brunch to early afternoon, at night your just looking into darkness.

Well I'm not going to say mine was the best pizza ever, even though it was very good, But my friends, the Vegetarians said that this was by far the best Vegetarian pizzas they had in a long time if not forever . Anyway you get the idea, I suppose being in this area they have a greater proportion of Vegetarians so they do it well.

This review is for Cocomangas, Byron Bay NSW

I don't know where the two below reviewers were eating but the Cocomangas I went to is the furthest thing from an Italian Restaurant.
Cocomangas Night Club, same address as given above,is Byron Bays Longest running night club since 1995. and have some great, world class DJ's, they are famous for their many famous cocktails and you can dance the night away.
They have a great selection of food, though We didn't think it particularily Italian, which is why we went based on the reviews. The menu has on it:
Scallops baked in shell w/- salsa
Oyster Shooters w/- vodka tomato
Antipasto Platter
Marinated Warm Mushrooms
Dip Plate
Extra Bread
Satay Chicken Skewers
Chorizo Sausage w/- Tomato Chutney 8 pieces
Prawns – grilled/tempura
Salt & Pepper Squid w/- dip sauce
Stuffed Baby Squid w/- P 6 pieces
Lamb Kofta & yoghurt dip 10 pieces
Pork, Prawn or Vege Potstickers w/- dip sauce
Fish Cakes 10 pieces
Risotto Cakes Meat or Vege 10 pieces
Chunky Fries w/- Vege Aoli
Mini Quiches 12 pieces
Frittata 12
Cheese Plate
Sorbet 12 spoons
Marinated Fettamint, garlic, black pepper on crusty bread
Nori Rolls 12 pieces
Tempura Vege 12 pieces
Croutons 8 pieces
* Smoked Salmon w/- Cream Cheese
*Rare Beef w/- Tomato Chutney & Watercress

Overall more an Indian taste. We ate and got out before the real noise started.

The Big breakfast is the best and the veggie breaks also very good, the service is wonderful and it's all freshly made. Nice atmosphere and handy location, a close walk to the beach.
They had an amazing array of home baked cakes and looked like they were making scones, we were going to go back but regretfully got caught up for the day.
Would definatley come again.

This review is for Buddha Bar, Byron Bay NSW

This is an in joint with so much history, The Byron Bay Brewery & Buddha Bar / Restaurant is the home of Byron Bay Premium Ale and one of Byron's newest attractions.its all happening here.
I got one of their brochures and the place was established in the early 1980's, the Byron Bay Brewery and Buddha Bar enjoys a heritage of an era when rock concerts, hippies and long hair ruled the heart of Byron Bay. Like Noosa in the 60's.
After beginning life in 1898 as a piggery, the bar was converted by artists and hippies into a world renowned venue for musicians and is popular with both locals and international artists.
Excellent beer, and some great food, very busy but it is Saturday night.

What a lovely and wonderful resort which is a handy walk to many cafes and restaurants in the Centre of Byron Bay.

At Outrigger Bay they offer lovely and comfortable two and three bedroom self contained apartments. We stayed in a two bedroom and it was lovely. The apartments are open plan, modern and very comfortable All the apartments offer a well equipped kitchen and laundry with all the modern conveniences.
