For my wife, the great selection of quality photography items at discounted prices is hard to beat. Items have always been shipped promptly, packed carefully, and arrive with no issues.

I was happily surprised by your cheap products and professionalism. When it comes to online shopping they seldom go together, but you have managed both very well.
I ordered an iPhone 7 first then read some good some bad reviews and I was a little concerned. After sending a few emails that were responded to in a very timely manner my brand new iPhone 7 turned up as stated in these on time

No tracking provided or information since order placed. Ordered a mobile ph and miicro SD card,. the card arrived just in a plain envelope but no sign of the phone. No telephone number to call to ask what is happening so at this stage, can't say I am impressed with service. Price was good, so maybe it is a case of you get what you pay for. Only time will tell.

Their prices are usually really fair, and they always ship great products. I purchased some flashes from a different site that was cheaper, but when they arrived, they were dirty and all three were in different packaging. So I sent them back and ordered them from BecexTech instead. When the order arrived, they were all unused and in matching packaging. Great customer service too! I highly recommend them

This is my 3rd purchase from this seller and again their performance has been excellent. Their notification keeps you well informed of your purchase's movement (there was a delay in-between though). I have no hesitation in giving Becextech 5 out of 5 for all aspects of their service.

Product was as described, price was great, communication was great, service was great, was a little concerned with delivery, BUT after sending email about this they assured me all was good and true to their word product turned up next day, so would definitely shop with them again.

No stars! Sent phone in to be fixed, they misquoted fee, month delay, they sent wrong phone back to me which I had to send back, now claiming they don't have that phone and won't send mine. All due to their defective administration and they do not provide a phone number to escalate. Pathetic customer service and saving a few bucks is definitely not worth it with this appalling company.

One can not complain about product and value for money. One concern though. Lack of contact phone number, and having to rely only on emails. Response to emails was quick, but doubt was instilled when tracking stopped with no movement for three days. The only option of 50 dollars for express shipping is not value for money when delivery took seven days. This I believe can be improved on for that cost! In all, I am happy with the product and service provided. But to gain that extra star, I believe the small improvements mentioned can be worked on. Thank you!

I bought a galaxy S5, it doesnt work properly.
I sent the phone back to be repaired paying $15 and they send it back unrepaired after many many weeks of waiting.
Never never never buy anything from this company.
