I recently used them for 2 purchases. One arrived within 3 days - very pleasing. The other was out of stock at the time of my order -knowing that from the website at time of order would have been good. However, I was advised promptly by email of this stock out, when it was due in stock and was asked if the timing was still OK. It arrived 2 days after it came in to stock. I am very happy with the speed of dispatch and delivery, the communication received and the delivery cost was very reasonably priced as well.

Excellent service. Before deciding on my purchase of Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 T719 I emailed BecexTech with a number of queries and was answered almost immediately. My device arrived speedily, even sooner than predicted. Again several queries I asked by email were answered almost immediately and very satisfactorily. Website is good. Price was excellent, much lower than others. Very happy with my purchase and with the service. Highly recommend.

I was very nervous buying from this store because I have never heard of it, I found out about Becextech through Google shopping and I have to say... Amazing. Product was shipped in less than 72 hours and I was updated every single day on the progress. The product was packaged in a box within a box within a bag! With lots of bubble wrap! Very very pleased. I was very impressed with Becextech. The web site was easy to navigate, even for a technology apprentice like me, the prices good and my order was despatched expeditiously. I was advised of where and when my camera would be delivered and received it in good time.

Took over 5 weeks to deliver a phone. Rubbish excuses about poor stock levels etc. Then only oart of the order arrived and again rubbish about a cover not being in ready supply.

Overall BecexTech is a good business. excellent range, very competitive prices. My gf is very happy with the phone Customer service was somewhat slower than I expected but polite, professional and helpful.

It was a great site to use and you have significant variety of items. I would say you should be covering the insurance if you are offering Priority Delivery as these extras get the item closer to prices in Australia. However pleased so far and keen to receive the item. The real test is how the warranty works if somethings happens within the first year. Thanks.
