I ordered a new Samsung S7 Edge on a Friday night and it was delivered on Wednesday the following week. I ordered a Qi charging pad with it - which arrived separately a few days later because they were out of stock.The price was much cheaper than buying the same product in Australia and I was able to get a colour phone that wasn't available in Australia. Very pleased with a genuine product which came in its original boxing and works brilliantly. Would definitely shop with them again.

I have only used online shopping once in the past & not really au fait with procedures but got thru product selection & payment process without any problems. 'phone arrived well within quoted delivery times with 2 x packing & delivery, texts re progress. Becextech recommended by my son who has purchased goods from them in the past. Would not recommend this business. Purchased a iPhone 6 Plus straight from the box I put on a hardcase cover and tempered screen protector it had issues with screen freezing with set up. After a few weeks of issues I contacted them they asked me to try a few things soft reset etc nothing worked iTunes wouldn’t reconize the device they sent me the warranty info and where to send it to be looked at by their repairers and it’s a 4-6 week turn around after reading info I knew I was covered as phone was taken care of no damage what’s so ever i could of had it looked at by my local repairers for $100 and had it back in a few hours but I sent it off as had warranty they sent a confirmation they received it a few days later with a picture attached which I didn’t see at the time however viewing later it looked like shadows not damage weeks later I email to find out what’s happening they send me report phone is physically damaged I have to pay $265 for repairs attached were pictures showing it had been damaged, chunks missing from frame they still have the phone as I’m not paying for damages caused either duting travel or while in there care nor will I pay $55 for a damaged phone to be sent back I lodged a claim to consumer protection the business hasn't replied to consumer protection so I have now had to lodge a claim in the magistrates court to get action. I feel this company and its subcontractors need to be investigated for its practices it is disappointing as a customer to be treated badly when I’ve done the everything that was asked of me

Not pleasant experience dealing with Becextech. Iphone purchased in March, had to be repaired in August.It took them whole month to do it and straight after we got it back phone started malfunctioning. We send it back wanting replacement They say replacement phone need to be in similar physical condition as one we sent back( dent in the casing). It appears they were not interested in the fact that phone was not working properly ,ruther that had one small dent on casing. We are still waiting for resolution.Poor customer care.

I really enjoyed buying from Becextech. They offered very fair prices and fast shipping. My item arrived on time and was in perfect condition. Given my experience and their very good return policies (if needed), I would certainly buy from them again!

I received a phone that was not as described. Rather than launch into a resolutions process to get a refund, seller offered some compensation. And they responded on the same day! I've bought from many online sellers, many issues and sellers that don't reply, or do not hold to their promises resulting in painful resolutions processes with PayPal.

With Becextech, they were courteous, and treated me as the customer with respect. I thought this is refreshing, and decided to accept partial refund rather than return the phone. Service matters. With this seller, I feel any purchase is safe with them. Will definitely be looking at buying another phone soon.
