Price comes first and BecexTech Australia certainly won. Devilry was a little bit stressful as I had ordered 2 items and thought they would come together. A week and one day they both turned up on a day nobody was home, a rare case for my home. Toll delivered my first item and as no one was home it was a round 1:30 hour trip to pick it up the next day. Hence no 5 star. DHL delivered the second item and gave an option for a second delivery. DHL did the goods and delivered at my specified time the next day.

My advice is to steer clear of this business!! They tried to rip me off!! They sent me a faulty device, then claimed I damaged it (even though I had photos and proof to show the device was in perfect condition when it left me to be sent back) and then refused to return my money.

I ordered an Iphone 7 Plus from Becextech, It arrived within a week sent from Hong Kong and was perfect and exactly what I ordered. But I also ordered accessories with the phone, they took much longer to arrive and arrived separately , a protective case and screen protector arrived 9 days after the phone and a car charger took another 3 days to arrive 12 days after the phone. I am extremely happy with the phone and would purchase same or other products again but very disappointed with the accessories in both quality and delivery time. Would not buy accessories again thru Becextech.

I purchased a Sony camera via BecexTech. Order arrived quickly. Package was secured, Camera box had a seal on so assuming it's a brand new one, also no scratch or any sign of used after opening the box. Only thing that I found strange was manual as well as the charging cable is Japanese HOWEVER BecexTech kindly provided Aussie connector with the camera so no issue there (however now this poised a question in mind now, was it with the original cam or someone opened the box, put it in and put the seal back?). Finding an online manual shouldn't be a big deal but I'd say overall I am happy with this purchase as price was much cheaper than anywhere in overpriced Aussie market.

I've only had my D7200 a few days and I'm still buried in the owner's manual. However; I was impressed with the congratulatory email of my purchase, just hours after placing the order; receiving the camera within three days just like they said ; and receiving first rate packaging of all the individual kit pieces to my order. I look forward to a positive future relationship.

I have bought quite a few and some very expensive items from them over the years. They have absolutely the very best customer service anywhere.
I've never had a shipping issue, nor a product issue. Pricing is often as low as anywhere on the web and I have never not ordered from them over price...If they are higher, its only a couple of dollars and never a deal breaker.

Made a number of purchases for the past 2 years and found that the site continues to improve with it's navigation and customer service. Delivery time has significantly improved as well. Prices are one of the lowest around Australia! Keep up a good work

I will never deal with this Company again. They sent my order with parts missing, it was a different model phone to what I ordered and I also believe it to be a second hand item even though is was advertised as new. There was a long delay in processing my order in the warehouse and the business tried to put the blame back on me for living in a regional area (where I live has nothing to do with taking nearly 3 weeks to process an order in a warehouse before it is even sent to be delivered.) Every time I tried to communicate with them they took at least 24 hrs to reply. I am thankful I paid with Pay Pal and was able to put in a claim through them.

When I was payed my order on line I got little worry. But when I received my parcel my stress gone straight away. Very good service. On time and good quality work. Trust your on line professional service. Thanks again.
