We went to Amber looking for material for our retaining wall.
The staff provided advice and recommended a few products, they even suggested an easier design for us.

They listened and did not try the hard sell, service was great, we would definately come back to Amber.

Have been to The Cowrie once, can't wait to go again.

Excellent service, very attentive without being overbearing. Food is sensational and the view is fantastic. It is quite pricey but definately worth treating yourself.

Have visited a few times and always enjoy, definately a place to take the children.

There is lots to see and its quite spread out, so we have never been crowded when visiting. You can get quite close to the reptiles also, which is a bonus for the children.

The playground is also great, gives parents a chance to have a little rest.

Great restaurant, great food, very friendly service. We would order and walk around to collect, food was always delicious, hot, either ready and waiting or ready after a short wait. Staff are very friendly and polite, would definately recommend.

Deals in Australia is the worst Online Company I have ever dealt with, they offer cheap items and no customer service.

I still haven't received a reply (apart from automated) to 3 emails I sent, the first on 3rd January. There is no contact number on their website and if you send more than 3 emails you receive an automated response stating "you've exceeded the maximum number of open tickets allowed". How can a ticket be closed if they don't respond to them?

Absolutely ridiculous, never ever again.

Spreets have some fantastic deals and the savings are great, but their customer service is well below par.

I recently purchased 4 vouchers for an offer, they were redeemed within timeframes and what followed can only be described as a joke. The original Company Deals in Australia did not and to date have not replied to any emails, Spreets did not provide a contact number when requested. And twice Spreets staff members provided incorrect information regarding my order.

Honestly the prices are good but the lack of credible customer service has totally put me off. Next course of action will be to unsubscribe from Spreets.

Had walked past many times and on this particular day thought we would give it a try, that was our first mistake.
We were very disappointed with every aspect of Vaby's.

The food was terrible, we ordered the Seafood Platter, the seafood was not fresh, had not taste and was watery.
The garlic prawns had huge chunks of uncooked garlic, while the calamari was like chewy rubber bands, horrible.
When the waitress collected our plates she asked what the meal was like and we told her, she just said ok, smiled and walked away.

The dessert, chocolate ice cream cake was terrible.
The base was so hard we couldn't break off a piece with our fork and had to saw away at it with a knife, only to find the biscuit base was dry and inedible and had a thick butter layer on top (terrible). The ice cream had large ice shards through out and again was inedible.

Even my cup of tea was bad, cold, delivered with 6 sachets of sugar but no milk, even though I ordered a white tea.

And during our horrible lunch they had a Medical program on tv, having Medical procedures (Stomach Surgery) on tv in a restaurant, not a good idea.

We collected the bill and asked to speak to a Manager, we waited and waited and after asking again were told the Manager was out. We asked for the next in charge, waited and waited and after asking again were told by the original person we asked that she was in charge. She apologised, however would not reduce the bill and then had the audacity to ask if we were going to tip. Our tip was to train the staff on customer service and send the Chef to cooking lessons.

We complained to Head Office and received an email that someone from the Store would contact us, no one did.
We followed up but nothing ever came of it.

Utterly horrible experience, waste of time and money. We ended up buying McDonalds on the way home.

Great service, Instructors and Admin staff are very friendly, helpful and approachable. Am able to switch lessons when required, no problem when children are sick and make up lessons are required.

Recommend highly.

Both of my daughters have had birthday parties here, the staff are great, very friendly and helpful. On both occasions we all had a great day, the children were entertained and looked after by the Party assistant, while the parents were able to stand back and have a chat and relax.

Recommend highly.
