Referred by a friend and was not disappointed.

Attended School holiday activity and it was great, children loved it, I loved the peace and quiet. Was able to sit in the Cafe (right next door) while the children were entertained.

Afterwards went to the other side and the Indoor Play Centre, very new, clean and reasonably priced. Actually visited on the very hot 40+ degree day, air conditioning was working great.

Another Cafe with a large play area for the younger ones. Food was fantastic, fresh, tasty, large portions, reasonably priced.

Have booked children in for a few more activities.

Remember to bring socks if children are using Indoor Play Centre, otherwise you have to buy them for $3 a pair.

Great Centre, great environment, children loved it.

Would like to rate service higher but male staff members bring the rating down, pity as the ladies working here are friendly and chatty, very polite.

Have complained about 2 male staff members, but nothing happened.

Store is often busy and a little cramped, but clean and tidy, always a lot of "specials" around the counter.

Toilet was disgusting, preferred to hold instead of using these facilities.

Always seem to pop in here on very busy or very hot days.
Recent visit was on a very busy day, all staff members were busy, but still friendly and helpful. Store is relatively new so is open, bright and user friendly. Bathroom facilities actually lovely and clean too.

I wish this was my local Petrol station.

Clean and tidy Store, stock levels good, minimal waiting time, even in busy periods. All pumps working, signage clear and in order, no problems.

Car stolen, then found months later, towed to Adams.
As car no longer required we asked if it could be used for Scrap Metal, advised yes, no payment offered.
We questioned how much the car was worth and was told $80 but Adams only have one truck which has been hit, can't tow cars and will take 2 - 3 weeks to fix. Need to get another Towing Company to collect and take to Scrap Metal place, it will cost $88 (we would be out of pocket $8).

I fell over laughing, how can a Towing Company only have one Tow Truck, how are you going to earn money while its getting fixed?

Ended up calling Scrap Metal place who collected from outside Adams and we received $100. We moved car from Adams as they wanted Storage fees.

Very disappointing service, we felt like we were being taken advantage of. However, we were lucky that we checked out other options and didn't just go with their plan.

Would not use again, sorry to say I wouldn't trust them.

Could not acquire items from local Kmart, had family member passing this Store so called and spoke to a lovely lady.
So it's Christmas week and very busy but this lady went out of her way to check "out the back" and found what I wanted, checked everything was in tact and nothing was damaged and placed the stock on hold.
Family member collected a few days later with no drama's.

I emailed the Store and provided a customer compliment as I was so pleased with the service, exceptional.

Had 2 large pictures (50cm x 40cm) reframed after the original frames were shattered. Were advised they would be 2 weeks and we would be called to come and collect. No call received after 3 weeks, we called and were told we have delivery coming in this afternoon, will check and call you back, no call back received.

Called the next day, were told it must be in next delivery, will check and call you back, again no call back.

We ended up waiting 7 weeks, called them 4 times, never received one call back, although we were told each time will check and call you back. Also charged like a wounded bull, ridiculous.

Overall, poor service, don't call back customers, once you've paid they forget about you and they charge a ridiculous amount. Will never use again.

Have dined here many times, service is very good, friendly staff, steak's and desserts are awesome.

But, very small portions of gravy which is also charged as an extra, and broccoli is never cooked!, it comes out steaming and sizzling but is still raw.

Have had good and bad experiences, I think it depends on who answers your call or takes your enquiry.

I have had staff members who go out of their way to assist you, while others are only too happy to pass you on to someone else. Overall customer service could be improved just by listening and confirming what customers want, and if you don't have a solution tell the customer and look for assistance, don't pretend you know what your doing and make it worst.

Swapped from Virgin and so far, so good. Its great calling and speaking to a person, not a computer and some one who speaks clear english.

Staff are very helpful and speak to you in a easy to understand manner, no tech talk. Very knowledgeable and friendly also.
