Have dined here twice now, first visit was not good and it took another year before I went back. 2nd visit was great, service was fantastic, very friendly, warm and welcoming without feeling stalked. Food was out of this world, huge portions and delicious, however drinks were very pricey. Then moved out of restaurant to back bar which was very busy, with no seating available. We waited so long at the bar that we only had one drink, and the prices put us off too.

Great atmosphere, food and service. Pity about the price of those drinks.

Fantastic staff, I head in with all sorts of questions, I don't always buy, but I do retain and appreciate their advice and information.

I trust their opinions greatly, customer service is exceptional.
Would recommend in the highest degree to anyone.

Called first to check if they would price match 2 car seats, was told items have to be in stock and store within a certain distance, don't price match Internet offers. Although they were more expensive than Internet Company I purchased from them as I thought having the face to face customer service and being close for refund, exchanges would be handy.

Staff were friendly and practically jumped on me when I entered, however once the purchase was complete I was on my own. Staff stood inside and watched while I struggled fitting the car seats, even after asking for help I was given a quick do this and do that demo, then was left to complete fitting again. I was not impressed, so much so I haven't been back to this Store.

I understand they probably have a lot of window shoppers, but the fact that I had spent over $600, I thought would have given me some assistance, very disappointed.

Popped in for an eye test, no appointment, no problem, Optometrist was available, after the test they checked my Health Fund membership and I was advised what my Health Fund would cover with no out of pocket expenses, fantastic.

Was also offered a free trial of contacts, great.

Excellent customer service, very friendly and efficient staff, great value, recommend you see them first when your shopping for glasses or contacts.

Convenient location beneath Erina Fair Shops. Staff ready & waiting upon arrival, very friendly, asked (and listened) if I had any queries, provided timeframe and approximate cost, advised would call if any extra parts or service required. Received call when finished (on time), quote was a little under, advised when next service required, offered appointment (denied as selling car).

Really nice experience, normally hubbie does the service but Kmart Tyre & Auto were friendly, efficient and very professional, would recommend anytime.

Arrived as walk in customer, told wait would be 30 - 45 minutes, actual wait time 5 hours & 38 minutes, ended up leaving without seeing a Doctor.

Also told several times you are next, then 5 customers went in so I approached the receptionist who shrugged her shoulders & said your next, then waited for another 3 customers.

Receptionist was terribly rude, Doctor was great, bulk bill after your first appointment, definately make an appointment.
