Very friendly & helpful staff, they do the best hot chips, perfect after a day at the Beach.

Seafood is always a high quality, very fresh and price within a reasonable range.

Cheap fruit & vege's, but very poor quality. Purchased strawberries & half the punnet was rotten, apples flavourless & white nectarines (usually always sweet) were bitter.

I find it better to pay a bit more & get items we are going to eat & not throw away.

Would love to give Green Jade a higher rating as the food is terrific, however the service lets them down terribly.

On our way home from Newcastle we called & ordered food, were advised 20 minutes, we arrived 20 minutes later, however food was not ready.

With our family in the car (2 young children) we waited & waited & waited. 15 minutes passed then hubbie dropped us home and we called & were told food was ready. Hubbie drove back & had to wait another 10 minutes.

As he stood in the cramped overfilled restaurant waiting area he heard the young girl telling everyone who called, yes your food will be ready in 20 minutes.

Not good enough, if the food is going to take 45 minutes instead of 20 minutes then tell your customers.

Very friendly, helpful & efficient staff. Recently they saved us a lot of hassle, time & money by recommending a different brand for a prescription (had to be special ordered, quite costly), they asked what it was for, then recommended product, then called our Dr to confirm they could substitute for different brand product. They went far beyond normal customer service and we were very appreciative.

Horrible service, made to feel like dirt on the bottom of someone's shoe, I will never, never, ever go back to this Business and have told many friends why, absolutely appalling.

Received gift voucher & booked appointment, treatment was performed in the front of the store while I sat on a foot stool, very uncomfortable. I asked if we could move to a room but was told they were all booked & as I was late this would have to do (I was on time, they made me wait 35 minutes).

Treatment completed very quickly by sulky unfriendly girl who did not smile once. Asked for top coat, this was done amid a lot of sighs & inpatient glances at her watch.

Once completed I went to leave (could not get out of there fast enough), was told full payment and extra $7 required for additional service. Staff outright did not believe me when I told them I had left the voucher when I booked the appointment. Told to "wait in the corner" while we check your story. My story confirmed by person who booked appointment, allowed to leave. I honestly have never been treated so bad, I was lost for words. After checking my nails I called the Store back & asked if they could redo 2 nails, was told it was too late (this was 20 minutes later), no appointments left for the day, would need to speak to Manager, etc, etc.

Decided I would just contact Head Office. This didn't go much better, they did not accept any responsibility or apologise for poor customer service, appalling. Needless to say, this is not a Business I would ever recommend.

Huge user friendly store, helpful staff and items I'm after have always been in stock. Worth the drive to get here, only problem is I tend to find lots of things I want to buy.

We moved from Sydney to Central Coast, obtained several quotes and decided to go with Karis as they were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

Truck arrived when advised, guys were very friendly and polite, very respectful that we had small children so no smutty talk or rude jokes.

When arriving at new house in small cul de sac, guys went around the Street & door knocked our new neighbours to advise truck would be reversing in & asked if anyone wanted to move their cars out. I was blown away by their professionalism.

Living in Sydney we had rented for 10 years so were used to moving, and had experienced shady removalists. That was not the case with Karis, by far the best we have ever encountered. After our move, I called and thanked the owner, wrote a thank you note and have since referred several friends to them (they all have had excellent experiences also). We would not consider any other removalist.

If only I knew then, what I know now I would have never dealt with GJ Gardner at Wyong. Relationship went downhill as soon as the last progress payment was made, it has been horrible ever since.

1/ Faulty Kitchen bench top (replaced after ruling in our favour by Dept of Fair Trading).
2/ Total 8 separate leaks in roof, 5 in one room.
3/ New floating floorboards damaged due to dishwasher not installed properly.
4/ Wrong wardrobes on floor plan, when questioned was told they would be amended, they were not. As such wrong doors installed and to swap we would have to pay $1,500.

Absolutely terrible time with this Builder, I will never recommend them to anyone and honestly I don't know how they are still in Business.

One last note - I believe they are now trading as Sanctuary Homes.

We had to get our mirror wardrobe door fixed as the glass was coming loose. After the worker hit the door several times with a rubber mallet it went back into line, however he cracked the mirror and then denied it. Had to contact the Office several times to work out who was going to pay for the damages.

I would not recommend this Business to my worst enemy.

Shopping for Home and Contents Insurance was a nightmare until I called YOUI. I just wanted a quick quote but had to sacrifice a little more time, we went through everything but it was worth it, ended up saving $360. I managed to get the same cover, same excess for a much cheaper price.

I have since recommended several friends and family members, 4 people have switched to YOUI (that I know of).
