No longer with Oxigen as I just wasn't using my membership enough, so it wasn't value for money for me. Saying that, I do miss the friendly welcoming feeling I received when I did attend.

I visited 2 local Gyms to obtain information and have a look around the facilities. Another Gym was first on the list and they were truly terrible, almost held me at ransom to join, however Oxigen was totally different.

What I enjoyed from Oxigen....
* being greeted with a smile and addressed by my first name during conversations
* they asked questions and then listened to my responses
* they took notes & confirmed details as the meeting proceeded.
* the staff on the front counter were normal "healthy" looking people, not tanned Barbie and Ken dolls that were too busy talking to each other about their weekends.
* the fact that the staff knew their customers, just a simple Hi Tom, Dick, Mary was refreshing.

Even when I terminated my contract, they were friendly & helpful & explained the entire process.

Oxigen really is a step above the other Gyms out there.

We switched to Bankwest 3 years ago and have had a few teething problems, incorrect information given, wrong card sent out but nothing too dramatic. And funnily enough all the mistakes were made by the same person.

The savings accounts and credit cards work for us, we read the fine print and know how to use them so we avoid a lot of fees & charges.

Internet and phone banking is very user friendly and a breeze to use.

I have found the customer service in our local branch at Erina Fair, NSW is superb. The staff smile, ask if you need help & then listen to your responses. My teenage daughter has Bankwest accounts, but I feel she loves the hot chocolate machine the most.

Having worked in the Finance Industry for many years, I find Bankwest is one of the good ones and we are happy where we are.

Excellent value for money, fast delivery, great customer service.

Have purchased a few items from Baby Zone Direct, and even including delivery fee they are still cheaper than normal Baby Stores.

Once we had a warranty issue but there were no problems returning the item, and a replacement was returned quickly.

I have recommended Baby Zone Direct to numerous people.

I love Flybuys, especially now you can cash in points for Flybuy dollars, no more waiting for gift cards to arrive.
And the places I can use these dollars are where I already shop, (off the top of my head) Coles, Liquorland, Kmart.

I will never earn enough points to fly anywhere, but that's ok because I earn enough to get Flybuy dollars and then I can spend them when I need them.

I recently saved up 60 Flybuy dollars and put that towards Christmas presents, very happy with that.

Almost forgot, I signed up for notifications so I receive email deals & bonus vouchers in the post. They have specials all the time like buy this item earn 200 bonus points, shop from this date to this date (usually Friday to Sunday), spend $50 get 4 cents off per litre, spend $80, 8 cents off, $110, 12 cents off, etc, etc.

I know a lot of people think Flybuys is a rip off, but I figure I'm already shopping there, why not get something out of it.
I don't buy anything I don't need or use and it all adds up.

Had a great work Christmas party here on Sunday 9th December, bare foot bowls and all you can eat buffet.

Very friendly staff member Cathy set us up with bare foot bowls, which unfortunately had to be relocated inside after the weather turned nasty, no problem though.

Cathy stayed with us and directed us on how to play, score & even handed out trophies to the winners & winners of the losing team.

Food was great, fresh, tasty and value for money. Drinks very reasonable priced and bar staff all very friendly and only too helpful to explain how Keno worked to the virgin gamblers.

All in all, a great night out, although I would have liked to have won more than $3 on Keno (but that's not their fault).

Great, will not use any other website when looking at holiday destinations. Have found some great deals, established great contacts & been on (you guessed it) great holidays, all thanks to Stayz.

Have recommended Stayz to anyone that will stand still and listen, very user friendly webpage / search engine, love the regular emails with holiday specials.

Stayz just takes the hassle out of finding great accommodation at a great price.

While it is probably the safest method to pay for purchased goods on Ebay, they will not, absolutely will not look outside the box to offer a remedy or assist in a helpful manner with solving your problem.

I purchased 2 new Jackets on Ebay, however received 2 used Jackets, smelly, damaged & old. I immediately contacted the seller who took did not reply, I submitted a complaint & was advised by Ebay to return the goods (which I did).

Even though the goods were returned via registered post & I was able to obtain a copy of the register the seller signed when collecting the item from the Post Office, the seller denied receiving the item & Paypal would not accept the copy of the register. I then provided the staff members name & 13 contact number, Post Office branch number & trading hours, Paypal refused to contact the Post Office & confirm the register was legitimate.

So I was out of pocket for paying for the Jackets & postage to return the Jackets, and of course I didn't have the Jackets.

Each time I called the staff simply read the Policy word for word & could not / would not offer any other assistance, not happy.

As I believe it is not fair that you have to offer Paypal as a form of payment when listing items to sell.

However problem now rectified, I don't use Paypal.

Very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable staff. Happy to provide recommendations for films to see, if appropriate for younger children, teens, etc.

Only gripe I have is that they don't tend to have many new releases, we have taken to driving to Erina to get our movies, they need more new release copies, otherwise they would be a great shop.

Awesome pizza's, delivery time within acceptable time range, bit pricey but pizza tend to have a lot of fresh tasty toppings so works out in the long run.

Only bad scenario we had was when we ordered a hawaiian with prawns, it appeared they had simply placed prawns on top of already cooked hawaiian pizza & then placed it back in the oven. Hence we received a dark brown pizza that was burnt & hard with prawns sitting on top (no cheese covering them).

I called the Store immediately & spoke to one of the owners who apologised several times & offered to remake & deliver asap. The replacement was delicious. The owner then followed up with us a few days later, apologised again & offered us a free pizza.

No problems since.

Delicious food, our favourite Indian restaurant by far.

We have not eaten in, only ordered / collected or home delivered. They happily accept credit card over the phone (which is very handy if you haven't got cash on you).

Once they made a mistake with a home delivery and we called, they asked if we wanted a replacement now or would we like to wait until our next order, we waited until the next order. We had no problems redeeming our credit and were actually given an extra naan bread as a thank you and sorry acknowledgement.
