We hadn't been here in awhile, but decided to meet some friends for lunch here with the kids. Lunch specials are $6 for takeaway and $8 - $8.50 if ordering the lunch specials only for dine in. I ordered the pepper beef with tomato rice and ordered the kids crispy chicken with tomato rice to share. Food didn't take long to arrive but was disappointed in the serving size. They gave a huge portion of tomato rice on my plate and only a quarter of the plate was pepper beef and the remaining quarter was sliced onions. It was quite peppery and I found the sauce quite watered down. The tomato rice was abit of a let down as well. My kids said their crispy chicken was dry and a lil burnt. Bit of a let down , as we have dined last year and food seemed better then.

My other friends said their meals were ok, but flavour wise it needed a boost. Bit of a let down , will definitely dine next door for Thai next time.

Approximate cost: $8.50

Jetstar is an Australian budget airline where you will find cheap flights around Australia, New Zealand and overseas. They regularly have sale fares within Australia - I've been fortunate to book some holidays this way , often to Melbourne Tullamarine or the Gold Coast to visit friends. Never had a problem with them, even with kids in tow. Service has always been friendly, accomodating and with a smile, will continue to fly with them!

This review is for Luneburger German Bakery, Parramatta NSW

Luneburger is located inside Westfield Parramatta on the bottom food court level, it's a German Style Bakery offering fresh bread rolls, savoury treats, cakes, sandwiches and yummy pastries. I love coming for a salted pretzel and a cherry crumble, both are fresh and always enjoyable to eat. I love the fact the bread on site always looks homemade and the store set up is well presented and looks appealing.

Whilst there isn't a dine in option, it's a great place to grab a healthy lunch option or a quick dessert on the go! Never fails to disappoint, next time I must grab a loaf of bread to try!

Whilst this place isn't the most spacious Thai Restaurant out there, the food is good and the service is friendly. Located inside Westfield Parramatta and not too far from Parramatta train station, i've come for lunch one but usually opt for takeaway and make my way to the food court to eat it.

I love the green chicken curry and salt and pepper tofu, so crisp and just the right amount of seasoning. If you come towards the end of closing down they have takeaway containers marked down , perfect for dinner that night!

This is a great place for adult and kids alike. But please be wary as this place is packed on school holidays and weekends, don't make the same mistake I did. Parking is hard to find, most spots taken and people galore. Have lost my kids a few times here, lucky they didn't wander far.

It's a great waterside park with lots of things for kids and adults alike, BBQ area's, kiosk, FANTASTIC playground with lots of swings, slides, giant swing, climbing wall, viking style swings etc. Lots of grassy area's to sit and unwind for the day. Just try and come as early as possible for ample parking and have your picnic basket ready! Great place for family fun!

Pho 888 is a great and clean Vietnamese Restaurant that offer great Vietnamese cuisine such as pho noodles, special chicken rice, vietnamese crepes to name a few! My kids love their spring rolls for $6. The lemongrass chicken/beef is good and a decent serve with vermicelli noodles and salad for $12, beef pho for $11 is rich and a nice fragrant stock.... not too oily either!

They also offer a local home delivery service if you spend over $30. Food is reasonably priced, service is quick and best thing is - it's about 20 minutes from home!

If your a sushi lover like myself, this place has a great sushi train! Just perfect to eat before catching a movie at the Hoyts cinemas. Located inside the food court area of Broadway shopping centre. It's modern, had gentle music playing and a great place to eat and help unwind.

The sushi plates range from $3 upwards towards $6 depending on what you select. Sushi is fresh and I love watching the chef's prepare fresh pieces whilst deciding what to eat next!

Great inexpensive lunch option! Would dine again!

Great place for takeaway lunch for the budget conscious here! Get here early or you will have to join the long queue of hungry office workers, and if your lucky a seat maybe available. We came and got takeaway here the other week, we ordered skinless chicken laksa for $9.70 and the tasty hainan ( steamed boneless chicken) with sauces for $8.70/ Both dishes were delicious and happy we for some change from a $20 note! Will definitely come back if I'm ever near Hunter Street again!! Yum!

Ramen lover's rejoice - this is a great place for Ramen in the heart of Sydney. Located inside Westfield's food court, this place does get busy!

I had an "akumaru" ramen which was about $16 for a generous sized bowl with noodles, pork slices and miso soup broth! They also have lil steamed pork buns with lettuce for about $4 - they are small and fun to eat. Lots of flavour I found inside the buns. My kids enjoyed them with the fried chicken and pan fried asian dumplings.

The decor is modern with seating inside or within the booths or long communal table. Pricing is abit exxy, but that's expected considering your dining inside Wesfields's food court. I would happily dine here again, lots of great food options!

This bread shop sells great tasting "banh mi thit" which is the Vietnamese Pork Roll baguette with pork, pate, coriander, pickled carrot, sauce, fresh chilli all served inside a fresh, crusty baguette and for $4. Whilst the place honestly looks dodgy as the pork rolls are delicious, as are the chicken rolls and pies etc. Great place for a quick grab and go lunch. Cheap as chips and lots of parking at rear in the Richards on the Park parking lot.

Approximate cost: $4
