Factorie is a men's and women's clothing store ( very similar to Cotton On) and has just opened inside Neeta City Shopping Centre on Level 1, just around the corner from Big W.

I was here the other day having a browse and ended up grabbing some bargain clothing for friends. $10 hooded sweat jackets, $4.95 sleeveless denim tops, $4.95 pom pom beanies, $19.95 boyfriend style jeans and some ipad covers for $1 each.

The store is big enough to have a good browse, lots of good lighting especially inside the fitting rooms ( where you need it most), friendly staff who are willing to hunt down sizes, lots of bargain sales on at the moment! Left happy with my purchases and would shop here again!

Parking is available inside the centre, off street parking or in nearby streets and its' a 5 minute walk from Fairfield Railway Station , for those who prefer to leave the car at home!

Cosmo Cosmetics is located inside Stockland Wetherill Park, right opposite Target. It's a small store that offers discount beauty, nail, make up and hair accessories at dirt cheap prices. I love coming here to browse and have snapped up many bargains over the years like hair claw grips for $1 (2pack) and tweezers and concealers on occassion. But keep in mind some of the stock, seem to be old stock on certan products and may be imported!

Service is friendly, store is not overly big, but usually has alot of highschool kids inside, but easy enought to have a quick browse!

Thai Rock had just recently opened, just where the old Stonegrill Restaurant was, just up from Hoyts Cinemas and next door to Pho 76. They offer traditional thai food cooked well as well as steaks, coffee, drinks etc. They also offer the " rock" part where you can order steak which comes out on their stone plates, where you basically have some fun and cook it to your liking!

We were here for lunch last week, and whilst it wasn't relatively busy my friend and I shared a chicken pad thai and some chicken satay skewers. The food didn't take long to arrive at the table and it was a generous portion size amongst the two of us, with drinks included it came to just under $24 for lunch.

Whilst it was quiet dark inside, we chose to eat outside and the young girl serving us was pleasant and quick with orders and drinks. Easy to get too, parking might be a hassle but we found a park outside easily, would dine again!

Being Monday night and my kids being huge fish and chip fans, we had fish and chips for dinner ( with salad for me). Luckily they have a buy 1, get 1 free fish and chips for $9.40 at Penrith Seafood from 5-7pm. I added a can of coke for $2.20!

The portions are generous and can easily be shared between 2 people, well seasoned, lightly battered crispy fish and a generous well seasoned serving of chips to go with it. You may wish to add salad or fish cocktails or calamari rings! Great tasting and smelt so good! Fish is fresh here as they sell cooked fish and chips and seafood made to order and sell raw seafood as well. Perfect meal for my only night off cooking!

Plenty of parking right outside the shop, and plenty nearby! Located inside Greenway Shopping Centre, right off the Horsley Drive and right next door to the Asian Bakery!

Cornersmith is a small family-run cafe located on busy Illawarra Road in Marrickville. I've heard rave reviews about this cafe, which can be busy at times but abit quiter during the week. This place sources ingredients from sustainably and are ethically sourced! Whilst I only came in for a take-away large mocha coffee (4.50) for the older bro and myself , the food eaten by diners looked amazing, great poached eggs and heart and plates of cheese, ham,olives, dips with crusty bread!

Whilst the friendly barista was making the coffees, you can notice along the shelves they sell their own goodies like pickles and honey and other jarred goodies. The menu looks seasonal and they use whats in season, I will definitely pop back to sample the menu. Btw the coffee was a real pick me up - smooth, right amount of cocoa and caffeine!

Great cafe to unwind over coffee, brunch or to grab a take-away coffee! Beautiful mocha coffee at that too!

This is another go to fave place of mine when I'm in Cabramatta - I've recently introduced my young daughter to pandan waffles and she almost always asked for it when we walk past here. They are $1.80 each and made fresh on site, they are always piping hot coming straight off the waffle machine, but I allow them to cool slightly before handing them to my daughter!

Bubble drinks go down a hit as well. Good place for a quick snack and drink when your on the go, and keep fussy kids like my daughter happy!

I must say I always enjoy coming here when I'm in Cabramatta for a large sugar cane juice for $3. This whole in the wall business sells alot of this juice, freshly pulping it whilst you watch!

If your not going to enjoy your drink, you can ask for it to be sealed with a lid via it's special " sealing machine" so you can continue to browse the hustling and bustlng colourful streets of Cabramatta!

This drink never fails to disappoint me and it's also not overly sweet!

I was here the other week with a friend shopping for babyshower gift ideas and we walked past. My friend noticed they had a coffee and muffin deal so we both ordered the deal for $6. The coffee was good, not too bitter, just the right amount of caffeine needed for the cold morning and we both chose the choc chip muffin, good combo to kick start our day!

While it's not an overly large shopfront there is seating available for diners and is located on the ground level of Merrylands Stocklands, just outside Blue Jade ( womens fashion store), next time I will try their tea!

Niko Sushi is located on Level 2, inside Westfield Parramatta and is a small sushi outlet, where they make their sushi fresh on site daily! Instead of my usual sushi rolls, I opted for the sushi without the nori seaweed wrappers ... priced at $1.80 each. I had 2 of the Rainbow roll's - with salmon and avocado and some vegetarian rolls ( same price).. They were tasty and very fresh, loved them with extra wasabi for that extra kick!

They have a small eatery with cream and black seating... a few tables and chairs for eating in!

Sushi was great, fresh and on par with pricing from other sushi places in and out of the centre. Would come back for more!

Took my young daughter here last month for a tooth extraction that was causing her pain. Upon arrival Anita ( the receptionist) was warm , friendly and explained the proceduresand costs involved. She also checked my balance from the Govt dental benefits scheme, since we had used some if it previously for my daughter.

The dentist was funny and reassured my daughter, as she was quite nervous. He extracted her tooth and gave her a dental kit with toothbrush, floss and toothpaste (and also one for my son). The extraction came to more then what I had remaining and was prepared to pay the $12 difference but Anita had informed me that the Dentist had kindly waived the difference for me, I offered to pay but they said there was no need! This certainly made my day and it's not often in this day and age that this happens! Was very happy and would not hesitate to recommend this friendly dental clinic to others!
