If your a sushi lover like myself, this place has a great sushi train! Just perfect to eat before catching a movie at the Hoyts cinemas. Located inside the food court area of Broadway shopping centre. It's modern, had gentle music playing and a great place to eat and help unwind.

The sushi plates range from $3 upwards towards $6 depending on what you select. Sushi is fresh and I love watching the chef's prepare fresh pieces whilst deciding what to eat next!

Great inexpensive lunch option! Would dine again!

Sushi bars are everywhere but this one is better than those found in food courts. It is very busy but the customer does not feel rushed or put off by excessive noise. The food is delicious and well presented as you'd expect. Certainly a lunch time favourite

If you want a quick but tempting meal on the sushi train, or a Japanese dining experience, you should try this restaurant. Very easy to eat if you are too full. You can watch the sushi chefs as they prepare the dishes. It's easy to spend more money than you expect.

This is my favorite sushi restaurant. It's is not one of those sushi takeaway outlets (See my review on Asagao Met Center for sushi takeaway outlet). It is more suitable for dine-in and hence it is a little bit more expensive but very worth it. Every item on their menu is above average.. This restaurant knows what quality means and offers a large variety of sushi on its sushi train. I am a cheese lover and them combining my two favorites sushi and cheese is heavenly... This place is a must try.. You can see how good it is by the queue during lunch and dinner.

Nothing too fantastic but good for a quick easy dinner. The Bento box is pretty good but the deep fried bits a bit overfried. Have been there a few times.

Tomodachi is a great Japanese restaurant and sushi train. I love the red theme and modern decor, the atmosphere here is great. The food is delicious and reasonably priced from what you would expect to pay for sushi and other Japanese delicacies. Unlike some other Japanese restaurants, this one has real Japanese staff, (as opposed to Koreans) and the staff are very polite. The service is excellent too.The only downside is that it is packed sometimes.

Good food, not too pricey. Sushi train does not have as much variety and a bit expensive so you'd rather dine in. They have lunch specials and movie deals with Hoyts which is on the same level. And they've got that Broadway Student Discount (you need to get the card from the concierge on Lev 1) on Wednesdays.

I have been their several times and love not only the food but also the dessert, the customer service is excellent too. Only thing is that it becomes very crowded after 8:00 pm and better book it before hand.

I have been here a few times with friends and the food is always great. The restaurant offers a sit-down restaurant as well as a sushi train, which I particularly like because if you are really hungry you can take things from the sushi train while you're waiting for your main meals to come. The service is very polite and the decor is great. There is lots of room to move so you're not squished up to the people sitting next to you. Prices are reasonable
