Being a huge sushi fan I've come to do shopping inside Woolworths and always been satisfied with the sushi they sell here. This company has teamed up with Woolworths to provide fresh sushi, made on site daily.

I grabbed the brown rice salmon and avocado sushi for $5.50 and some fresh rice paper rolls with chicken inside for $3 each. The sushi is fresh , great tasting and good to see it being made fresh, they even gave me extra soy sauce and wasabi sachets! Pricing is reasonable and on par with the other sushi franchises about!

They also offer sushi platters on request starting from $30.

Le Wrap is a good healthy alternative to take away food. They offer wraps, salads, nachos and tasting plates all made fresh before your eyes on site daily.

I ordered the chicken wrap combo with a bottle of coke on yesterday for $10.90. The chicken was well seasoned and marinated , grilled to perfection on the hot plate with fresh salad ingredients. Nice, hot and tasty.

Great place for lunch if you want to steer clear of greasy take away options, located inside Merrylands Stockland food court near the entrance, right near Donut King.

Would happily eat here again, left me full and happy!

Approximate cost: $10.90

Love coming here for a warm, hearty bowl of pho tai! We were here on Saturday as part of Vivid Sydney. Was the perfect meal to have , considering how cold and windy it was! Located insife the Haymarket food courts , this place never disappoints!

At $9 a bowl this soup base is rich and smooth, a nice fish sauce taste as well. Accompanied with the accompaniments like fresh chilli, basil and bean sprouts and you have yourself a winner there!

There are other items on the menu, if pho isn't your thing! But I just come for the Pho... delicious!

Approximate cost: $9

Lida Shopping Paradise is a savvy shopper's go to store, it's an asian discount store with lots of knick knacks for the home, office or gift ideas. Wandered past here with a friend and purchased a back support for my chair at home. Best $3.50 I ever spent as I had seen the same back support for over $10 in other discount stores.

It's located just up from Cabramatta Train Station, relatively small store but aisles are wide enough for browsing.

Approximate cost: $3.50

This Restaurant is becoming more and more popular amongst lunch and dinner diners. We were here on Tuesday for lunch, can't go past a warming bowl of beef pho tai for $7, considering the cold weather of late!

Food didn't take long to arrive at the table, nice seasoning and well rounded broth.

This Restaurant also has a " pho challenge" where you have a kilo of noodles, half a kilo of meat and about a half kilo of soup and sides all served in a gigantic bowl. If you can eat it all gone in 11minutes you get your meal free and you can take home the gigantic bowl as a souvenier.

Great place for lunch, lovely modern decor, staff are friendly and Restaurant is clean and tidy!

Out to lunch with some friends recently and opted to dine here. Seeing it wasn't busy when we arrived for lunch , we grabbed menu's and ordered straightaway! This place is popular at night time for family gatherings and dinner's I have found. It's good Vietnamese tradional food done well.

We all ordered beef pho for lunch. My dining companions opted for the "special pho" with offal, tendons, tripe etc. I'm not brave like that so normal beef pho for me. I quite like the flavour of the noodle soup broth here, my friend commented it was salty but I quite enjoyed it. Generous portion, left with a full belly.

Conveniently located below Event Cinemas in Parramatta is Bamboodle. It's a modern Thai Restaurant that I love dining at whilst I'm at Parramatta. I love the pad thai with green noodles, very flavoursome and doesn't take long to come to the table, once you order at the front counter. The green chicken curry is also a favourite of mine.

Great place for lunch or takeaway is available as well.

Love coming time and time again with the family to dine at J's Kitchen in Cabramatta. It's like a pub style lunch where most meals are $10 ,kids meals are $5 and chicken schnitzel starts from $12.50. I opted for the golden calamari with mushroom sauce, salad and chips with a green tea milkshake for $13 and always order kids the bolognaise pasta for $5 each. We usually grab a jug of lemonade to share or individual drinks from the drinks counter. Water is available too.

You just walk in find a table. Order at the front counter and pay, your handed a beeper and this beeper will sound once your meals are ready for collection at the front. Portion sizes are pretty huge and can be easily shared between two diners.

They now have a juice bar/ milkshake bar located towards the order counter.Tropical and fruit shakes are $4.50 Food options include steak, kransky sausages, calamari rings, pork chops, lamb chops, spaghetti. Other meals include bosciola, parmiginana, perch etc... these meals costs extra.

This place gets busy all the time and can be hard to find a table. They are also open for lunch too. Love coming here for a quick and tasty feed!

It certainly has been awhile since I've dined here. The beef pho is still pretty good here in my opinion, nice dark and flavoursome broth with hints of aniseed, ginger to accompany the rice noodles and rare beef slices.

Dishes at this Restaurant range from $10 to about $14. Like most Vietnamese / Chinese type eateries decor is minimal - plain tables, plain chairs and standard cutlery and sauce condiments on your table, your not coming here for the decor but the great tasting Vietnamese beef pho.

Service is minimal too. You simply find a table and order straightaway. Quick, fuss free lunch option whilst in Cabramatta.

This review is for Pancakes On The Rocks, Northmead NSW

I love dining at Pancakes on the Rocks for a great and quick meal, sometimes for the pancakes only or for the pork ribs and chicken caesar salad. I had a buy one get one free meal voucher from the Entertainment book so Hubby and I came a few weeks ago to dine whilst the kids were at school. It wasn't too busy when we came and were seated by the table opposite the telly.

We both ordered the pork ribs with salad and wedges marinated in BBQ sauce and a chicken caesar salad to share for $15.95 and drinks to accompany the meal.Meals didn't take long to arrive, but when I asked the mail water a few times for napkins, was really frustrating as he kept walking past the table with no napkins. In the end, I asked another waiter who apologised and brought more napkins.

Was an enjoyable movie, service was ok except the napkin incident. Clean and tidy, will happily dine again finishing with pancakes for dessert next time!

Approximate cost: $25.95
