I'm so glad I met Michelle 12 months ago. She and her team have been looking after my cut and colouring for the past year and I've had a great expereince in the salon every time. I've tried many salons in Ballarat and finally found a great team of stylists to look after my hair cuts and colouring. Yay to Vanilah!

This was my first time to Vanilah a great personal salon with a friendly welcoming atmosphere. The stylist Lisa gave me a fantastic cut that I am finding suits me, my hair & lifestyle as well as being easy to manage.

I went to Vanillah with damaged hair after straightening it last year. Going to Vanilla was like visiting the doctor for my hair. Michelle was very concerned with long term treatment of my hair and getting back to top condition. There was no pressure to purchase the recommended products. The experience was quiet and lovely and I was even given a hand massage. A quality experience and I am looking forward to return for another visit.

I love this business. The staff made me welcome from my very first appointment. I like to be a little different with my hair colours, and Vanilah always do a great job! The staff offer good advice on hair cut and colour, and are very professional. The cut is always good, and I like the fact that they offer a guarantee. I also have waxing done there, and am happy with that service also. All in all, one of the best I have found.

Michelle and her team ensure that from the moment I step through their door I leave the business of everyday modern life behind. I really feel as though I am important, and it is obvious that regardless of how many clients are in we are all getting our individual attention. A close eye is kept on the processing of my hair so that it is only improving in condition the more i go. They are always thinking of new ways to cater for the needs of all their clients. Having wavy hair it is almost impossible to find a hairdresser with ability to cut your hair. I was recommended to Vanilah by a friend. After growing it out after a very bad experience at another hairdresser, Michelle cut my hair recently and it's just THE best!! Exactly what I wanted and just perfect. All the staff are really sweet and helpful. Anyone is willing to give you their time if you're after hair care advice or anything at all. Also the best head massage around, so relaxing I thought I would fall asleep!

I've been a client of Vanilah for a while now and I wouldn't go anywhere else! I'd had a bad experience at another salon and the team at Vanilah were very understanding & have looked after me with great advice and exceptional skill. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the service and expertise of the staff who really listen to what you want and deliver that and more! My latest appointment was with the lovely Bron and I am beyond happy with my new colour and style. I can't fault anything about this salon and thoroughly recommend Michelle and her team to everybody!
