I want to let the Management of Bunnings know I have noticed a significant decline in the level of customer service being offered at the Creswick Rd store from that offered when it first relocated from Learmonth Rd.

Friday 14 Dec, I dropped in during the mid afternoon to make a purchase of garden kneelers. To save time I enquired initially at the front entrance, and was advised I would find them in a certain isle and if not there I may find some just outside the doors leading to the garden centre....No luck. A staff member in the garden centre didn't seem sure, but sent me to another isle number.....No..... My third attempt was a staff member who advised I could find kneelers in another isle number. No!!!!!!. All three of these staff would have been well over 40 years of age, I made the mistake of thinking they would know their store.
Next, I went to the paint centre, but there was only one person working at the time. who was really busy so I decided I might find it quicker on my own.

Finally, after walking up and down isles I found the kneelers right down the bottom on of an isle. I might add that as the basic model I was after is not boxed and so it is not easily visible, especially as they are located directly on the concrete floor at the bottom of all the shelves.
I drove past Masters partially completed new building on my way home and decided if their customer service was decent I would be shopping there.
I would have thought Bunnings would have been preparing for Masters' arrival by recruiting staff interested in providing the customer service, particularly to customers such as myself who openly tell them they are having trouble finding an item.
I remember when Bunnings first relocated; there were sufficient staff to assist customers and the staff genuinely seemed to want to assist. Last week I felt all the staff I asked had something else to do, so not sure if it was a rostering issue although I did pass three staff who seemed to be having a lovely time walking together laughing and chatting???

After reading some amazing reviews we went for dinner Friday evening with our friends. I honestly cannot recall eating food that was so delicious and which I felt was worth the money we paid.
I thought about writing a review as we had some difficulty getting a table; however decided the owner and team should be congratulated. Our meals arrived in a timely manner even though t I don't the hotel was full of customers. the staff also made sure to check we were happy with our meals, shortly after we received them.

The staff working Friday 23 Nov dinner shift really were amazing and I commenting to my husband on the high standard of the wait staff who provided service I hope for but rarely receive. They had smiles on their faces and ensured our needs were met. We eat out quite a bit and I was blown away by the fact that not one plate was removed from the table until the last person had finished their meal. As i am usually the last person to finish my meal I noticed that for the first time I was not left; the only diner with with a plate whilst the rest of the table had been cleared. This was my first visit to The Mallow but will not be my last. They are actually cooking not simply heating up food they have bought in, Congratulations. One of my friends often ends up being offered a meal that consists of a plate of vegetables or a basic salad; at the Mallow she had was very happy with her dinner. Just make sure you book well ahead is my advice. I hope the owner passes this review onto the team who worked that night. I only hope we can get a table when we go back.

I have been a client of the salon one year now and I look forward to each visit very much. Michelle is a true leader/manager; and has recruited a passionate and positive team who work together and encourage each other for the benefit of the customers and the benefit of the business. No wonder your business is growing Michelle. Looking forward to my next visit just in time for Christmas season.

If you are looking for a value for money way to treat yourself to an amazingly relaxing personal relaxation experience and at the same time spend some time have your hair needs not simply met but exceeded do yourself a favour and book an appointment at Vanilah. Michelle and her team ensure that from the moment I step through their door I leave the business of everyday modern life behind. I really feel as though I am important, and it is obvious that regardless of how many clients are in we are all getting our individual attention. A close eye is kept on the processing of my hair so that it is only improving in condition the more i go. They are always thinking of new ways to cater for the needs of all their clients. Give the girls a call and ask details about their new 7.30am start for customers who prefer morning appointments.

I had heard about the from quite a few customers and yesterday I was fortunate enough to experience it first hand. It has been 30 years and many hairdressers in between since I have had a hairdresser provide the level of survice Michelle provided. She takes the time to carry out a full assessment of your hair before she comes anywhere near you with a comb or scissors. She really listened and I wasn't in the salon long before I realised Michelle has gathered a team of professionals commited to providing a service with a difference. If your hair is looking tired and overprocessed and you want help to regain a healthy head of hair make a booking at Vanilah.... I only wish I had done it sooner.
