I found Vanilah also through WOMO reviews. I was impressed with the friendly manner in which they dealt with me on my initial phone call. My first visit was too repair my fringe (poorly cut by a different salon), which they were happy to do for free. I found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming, which strangely is not always the case in hair salons. On the basis of this positive first impression I made a follow up appointment for a colour. Zoe and Renee looked after me and once again I was made very welcome. All the staff I have encountered are genuine and professional. I also felt they worked very well together as a team enhancing the atmosphere of the salon. I am extremely happy with my colour and I will certainly make my next hair appointment at Vanilah and be happy to recommend them to others.

I had a major change going from long to very short hair. The team at Vanilah were fantastic. From booking the appointment, through to post - cut care, they were professional, only too happy to help and stood by their "7 days to come back if you don't love it" principle. I loved the cut, but wanted a tiny bit more cut off. Rebecca was only too happy to talk to me about it, fix it for free, and to recommend some beautiful products to use at home. There was not one iota of grumpyness, as some salons display if you're not 100% happy. She explained the colour/foil placement, the cut and the reasons behind it all really well. I would HIGHLY recommend this hairdressing salon to anyone.

Right from the initial call through to paying and rebooking they somehow make you feel really well looked after. Was one of the best customer service experiences I have had. (Plus one of the best haircuts too according to my wife.)

Bronwyn listened to what I wanted, as well as suggested ideas and explained everything as she did it. She really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy. Today I had the lovely Zoe do a fabulous job on my hair! She re-did my extensions and refreshed the colour (for a very reasonable price) and it's looking wonderful!! I was even given an umbrella to walk home with as it was raining-wouldn't go anywhere else in Ballarat.

I'm thrilled to have recently discovered Vanilah and the lovely Bronwyn. Having been twice now, I'm so pleased with each visit and can stop my search for a quality hairdresser. The girls are very welcoming and go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and quality experience. Bronwyn is very generous with her time and expertise, and I've been very happy with my cuts and colours. I appreciate the complimentary fringe trims in between appointments and the guarantee offered on both the services and the products. I've been given samples of products but never pressured to buy. In my experience the cost is very reasonable for the time taken and quality received. I highly recommended Vanilah.

Firstly, I had a welcome letter from them and wait for it! a huge credit of $***** (huge) amount to spend on my hair. Best of all, I was welcomed by all staff and had my haircut & styled by Kristy.
