Had an 8 panel 1.5Kw system installed. Very satisfied with every aspect of the purchase. Consultant was helpful, not pushy, installation was timely, installers arrived on time, were competent explained the operation of the system and left no mess. Have just received my first bill which is significantly lower than before so I am even more delighted with the purchase.

The people who came to install for us were polite and efficient & left no mess behind, we were quite happy with their work. Until we recieve a bill I cant say yet how much we will save by installing these panel but fingers crossed a lot.

True Value installed a 1.9kw system and took care of all the paperwork without it being of any hassle to me. when I ordered the system I asked that it be installed 8 weeks later as I was going on holiday until then. One day after my return True Value contacted me and installation was arranged for the next week. It all went like clockwork.

Had 14 Solar panels installed on roof. Not straight forward install as there were two roofs on a second story to be fitted with panels. Initial salesman was helpful, although the system was downsized on the day of install. Was kept well informed both before and after and everything was done ahead of schedule. The installers were first rate and very helpful and the completed job which took the entire day was very professional.

2.3kW (12 panel) solar cell system on a two story house. Install was excellent. Placement of order to install was 7 weeks. Very pleased this time frame was kept.
Our install was a little different and near map overview of house not sufficient to get accurate understanding of install limitations. I decided to make roof area measurments, and we progressed situation from there. Installers had a tricky cable run, from which they took a fair amount of extra time to get correct and done.

We had TrueValue Solar Instal solar panels and converter for us. We dealt directly with a consultant during the process who was very helpful at all stages. There were no hidden costs and everything was explained clearly. The job was completed ahead of schedule and the work was excellent. The setup has already saved us about $200 on our first power bill which was a wintertime account when one would expect less saving due to less sunlight hours and less sun intensity. Very happy, Jan!!!

I bought a 2.2kw system about 7-8 months ago through an ad I saw in the paper. Ive had a very good experience with the company. Few weeks ago I got a $100 credit on my electricity bill for the last 6 months. Given my bill is normally $200-250 per quarter I was rapted. When I bought the system, the sales person was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time explaining the system and options to me. The quote I got was one of the best. There was a bit of wait on the system installation, but once the installers finally got to our place, they were polite, efficient and I was very pleased with their job. Very professional. I got my smart meter from Truenergy about 6 weeks after my installation. Overall, a great experience.
