True Value helped me select and then install a tailored Solar solution. 26 solar panels + a 6KW Power-One inverter. My Electricity bill will be less than $70 this quarter - I used to think that getting solar was only a token gesture for the environment. My wife and I watch our electricity meter going backwards and it feels great!

Before I purchased I checked out a few other providers and I am glad I chose True Value. Now all I have to do is get them to sponsor a different AFL team!!

We had installed 16 panels. The sales guy was very patient and answered plenty of emails and return phone calls before I was comfortable making this huge financial decision.
Where I was really impressed was the moment the installers arrived!!! We were orignally sold 18 panels but the installers did not agree the format of these panels would fit or work efficently on the roof we had planned. We suspended the installation until we could come up with a format that would see our hard earned money being used more efficently. The office staff were very helpful and in particual the sales manager (Paul). We agreed on a format and it was rescheduled and we received a refund on what was not used.
The installers arrived and installed 12 panels. When they finished the installer (Chris) had drawn me a diagram indicating where I could still fit another 4 panels. We made the calls and although they had to come back again they installed the additioanl panels the following week. The Electrican they said would take 2-3 weeks was there the next day. Now we are just waiting for the power company to do there thing.
I was have been really happy with the service True Value have provided and have no hesitation in recommending them!

True Value installed a 1.9kw solar system on our roof. We were impressed with the professionalism of the installers and the professionalism of all company employees with whom we had contact. The follow-up was excellent, while not overly intrusive.

We had solar panels installed recently with True Value Solar. We spoke to Sid who took all our details and explained everything we needed to know. From there, the office phoned to say when the panels would be installed. They turned up at the time and day that they had arranged with us. The two installers were very courteous, friendly and cleaned up after the work was finished. The process from ordering to installing was under 2 weeks. We would certainly recommend True Value Solar to anyone who is thinking of installing panels.Our neighbour also used the same company and was also very happy with them.

I had a 2kw system installed. It took around 5 weeks. Sales person was very knowledgeable. Installation occurred before I expected. Quality of installation was excellent even though it rained on the day. It takes time for the Energy Coy to install the smart meter but this is to be expected.
I would highly recommend this Company.

After researching at the Home Renovators show in Melbourne, I entered their promotion and won a 1.5kw system. Every level of communication has been professional, helpful and friendly. Installation was quick and clean. Just waiting on power co to do their bit so we can be connected. I highly recommend True Value Solar, and will be a customer again in the future.

2KW system with 10 solar panels. A female electrician did all the electrical work. She was extremely neat and did an excellent job. While the 2 young guys who did the panel install could have been a little neater in their work I was still happy with it. In all I would happily recommend True Value.
