I had a 3.2 kw solar system installed by True Value today. It was organised by Geoff Rainer who was absolutely fantastic and resolved every question and concern I had immediately and calmly. I have been communicating with him for 4-6weeks now with regards to the installation and the continuity of care was perhaps the most valuable aspect of their service. The installers were efficient and helpful with respect to checking my electrical requirements prior to the install and arranging extra wk to be done as well, they were also fantastic on the day. I was concerned after hearing some negative feedback in the past, but can verify that this company is honest, reliable and maintains excellent customer service. Well done and thanks so much. I had a 10 Panel and 2.2 kWh inverter installed. From the first contact right up to installation I could not fault any of the staff I dealt with. Everything was completed when they said it was. Even the electrical inspector came on a Sunday to certify the system.Well done True Value Solar, best company I have dealt with in a long time.

We had solar panels installed - the tradesmen that did the installation were courteous, very efficient and took pride in their work, and explained the system to us clearly so we knew what had been done and how it operates- and didn't leave us with a mess to clean up when they went - I would recommend them to anyone considering having solar panels installed.

The 2 young men who undertook our solar panel installation were most professional. They impressed me with their manners, diligence, knowledge and work ethic. These 2 young men were a credit to themselves, their families and the company.

ALL are polite and friendly and I felt like I was a valued customer. I had already signed up with another large company for my solar panels but I was so impressed by them and their price that I cancelled by other contract to go with Tru Value. The workmen came on time, explained everything, they were professional and friendly. They did a great job and left no mess.

I had my Installation consist of a 2.2 Kv Inverter and 8 solar panels. VERY happy with the electrician named Todd, fully explained process and completed in a timely manner that looks great. They do not stand behind their workmanship. The roof leaks in heavy rain and they will not rectify the work. Very poor after sales service. Very nice to you when you are signing up though
