We bought a dress we needed to return as it was the wrong size. The communication was amazing. So prompt and so very helpful. Have bought plenty from st frock before and they have always been easy to deal with. Will continue shopping with them for this very reason!

I had not purchased from St Frock before. I bought a dress but thought the next size down would fit better. So I ordered that size as well and it did. I returned the other dress but was informed that they only gave store credit. I explained I had gotten the same dress in the wrong size and asked if I could get a refund instead since I was not aware of their policy. They said they would allow me to this time, for which I am very grateful!

I am amazed with the amazing customer service! I ordered a dress and auspost didn’t give me the correct Information which made me stress out. Contacted St Frock and the lovely Riezl saved the day and got back to me after contacting auspost and my dress would arrive this week and was sorry for the confusion .
