Three dresses ordered, only one will be kept but it will require alterations. Poor quality items with unusual fit - gaping across the bust, length uneven (used the site size chart too). Materials are thin or scratchy. Didn't realise at the time of ordering that it is store credit only on refund, although according to whoever you speak to it is "clearly stated".
They will not give a refund unless they deem the item faulty. Have reported to ACCC for misleading information regarding returns policy as they are the only Australian site I've come across that will not do cash refund.
