Absolutely appalling customer service!!!!!!! The dress I ordered was poor quality and I returned it. But they gave store credit and won't issue me a refund at all. Do not shop here! I will be contacting authorities as it is australian consumer law to be able to choose whether you want store credit or money back.

Nothing like the picture. Very cheap see through fabric, and badly cut in design. Plus I am annoyed it's going to cost me $15 to send it back. Not happy

My first experience shopping with St Frock was very negative for the following reasons.

The product sent to me was much lower quality fabric than it appeared on the Facebook advertisement I saw. It felt cheap.
It didn't fit me (size was way bigger than expected). I was not able to exchange the item for a smaller size (no exchanges).
To return the item, I had to pay an extra $8 to post it back to you.
Then finally, to top it off, I was not provided with a refund. Instead I received a store credit, and I certainly will not risk buying anything else from this store.

When I shop at ASOS, The Iconic, David Jones, Myer, etc, I am always offered a refund. For that reason alone, I go back to those stores again and again. I just spent over $300 at ASOS for 6 items and only sent 1 item back. That's a pretty good hit rate. I also do not pay any postage to return items.

St Frock has just lost a customer. I hope they review their policies.

I have purchased St Frock dresses for just over a year now. I had a package delivered a few days ago but just opened it. I got one dress and three pairs of pants. The quality is shocking. The labels are some kind of Asian brand. Loose cotton threds and very poorly sowen clothing. Sad to say I won't be back again.

Terrible quality clothes and terrible sizing! Bought a wrap dress and it didn’t fit around my bust. So I used store credit (very frustrating you can’t refund items) for another wrap dress but instead I bought 2 sizes up so I knew there wouldn’t be an issue fitting around my bust. Exactly the same issue with the dress 2 sizes up! I should add that I have no issues buying my true size from other stores. Just ridiculous and terrible quality. I won’t be buying from St Frock again and now I’m $80 out of pocket as I’m not going to use store credit for another item that is useless to me!

I purchased 2 dresses for $60, when they arrived they were huge and poor quality, i had to exchange so I ordered the next size down in different designs, one was too big and out of proportion and one was to small (elastic around shoulders was way too tight and thick), i have now returned them too, i am struggling to use my store credit and am very frustrated with the shopping experience at St Frock, I am hoping the next items i exchange will change my current opinion. Also i wasn't refunded my postage as it states in their policy for full priced items. I hope they redeem themselves..

I bought a Helena dress (a popular design). It looked terrible on me, very frumpy and ageing. The fabric quality was also not good for the price. I returned it and got a store credit and had to settle for something else that I'm not that fussed on but fingers crossed it looks ok on.

General experience of St Frock spanning two years has been quite poor, particularly regarding customer service and quality of clothing. I was sucked in by the low prices and purchased numerous items of clothing but it was always hit and miss with quality and fit. Sometimes my items wouldn't arrive at all and the first I'd know about it was when I received the rest of my order. Most of all I couldn't believe that whenever there was an issue I had to waste my time chasing up the staff and reminding them to do what they said they would do, i.e. applying store credit, etc. I'll never shop here again.

Shopping at St Frock is like gambling - sometimes you win, and sometimes you lose.

I have now ordered twice with St Frock and been delighted with only 50% of the order. The photos on the website generally show the items in their perfectly lit glory, but when they are in front of you in your bedroom, the quality isn't that great.

Having shopped online for many years I had assumed that paying at least $50 for a top would mean a decent product. Unfortunately midriff tops aren't ok at my workplace, so the "work shirt" so elegantly modelled on the website will not be coming to my office. Another dress with buttons up the front will need a piece stitched behind it so I'm not flashing my chest to my office.

Will I shop anymore at St Frock? Probably not - the great items I have purchased don't outweigh the poorer items and the poor returns policy
