The hardest part of online shopping is the return process, however these guys make it easy so you can feel confident ordering something when you're not quite sure it will suit!

I bought a dress from St Frock which didn’t fit so I sent it back and received store credit. I then purchased a couple of dresses on sale and my main complaint is how sheer they are. Honestly I bought from their thinking the price tag would make them better quality than say Kmart, but my Kmart clothes are better made than these. They look great on the models but aren’t spectacular in person!

Shipping was very quick, everything else was terrible. Clothing was not as described, very poor quality fabric and construction. Sizing was way off on both items. Store credit only on refund which is apparently 'clearly stated' once, on a secondary page linked to by an incognito hyperlink...Other reviews here are correct, this is Bali quality clothing dressed up to look fancy on Instagram. Save your money.

Quality of clothing is cheap. The clothes look like they are from Bali. Poorly made and sewing not up to date. Photos on the website are misleading. I was stuck with $150 worth of credit at the beginning of the year. Sizing is so inconsistent I had to do like 2 returns. Lucky I found something I rly like and had to buy a smaller size. I won't repurchase them again. Lesson learnt. They only offer credit returns. No refunds of any sort. St frock needs to be more modern not old school. You are driving customers away.

Poor quality, poor customer service, do not provide cash refunds. I am stuck with $300 worth of dresses that would have cost me $20 in Bali. This is following an absolutely horrible time dealing with unhelpful support staff when the dresses were sent to the wrong address while us was in quarantine. Do not shop here.

Had a bit of a misadventure due to delay in dispatch from St. Frock. Their team contacted me through phone and emails and I could understand where they were coming from due to Covid.

Somehow after follows up, I was fortunate enough to receive it on time. The uncertainty of delivery stresses out if its ordered for special occasion.

On the brighter side, whatever I've received from St. Frock has been as it was shown on their website. Description for the dress material, design and colour was almost accurate. Thanks.

Poor quality and poor after sales service. Sent the wrong item and now have to return item just to get a refund. No apology or real concern for their stuff up showing poor customer service.
Avoiding being in crowded areas due to extended lockdowns and now forced to go stand in line at the post office because of st frock . Never shopping there again not worth it

Bought pabt and a top. Great quality, grat clothing, i guess its pick of the draw .. i loved the stuff

Would not recommend st frock. Purchased 3 dresses 2 had quality issues poor sewing hole in neckline and staining. Obviously there is no quality control on garments before they are sent.
