Anne and David made the process so smooth right from the start. They were very professional and took care of all the details to make everything run smoothly. They were caring and compassionate and I certainly wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

Anne was so easy to deal with, I felt safe and comfortable with her during the whole process of arranging the funeral for our much loved brother, she had exactly the right balance of capability with such warmth and empathy.

Anne’s guidance and suggestions gave the family the confidence to give dad the best send off, celebrating his amazing 88 year life. I think dad would of been proud of his send off too. From our flower choices to dads tribute table including a special sculpture dad had carved or our less than conventional song choice for dads departing song Anne was behind our choices. Thank you Anne and David for making such a sad time also a time to celebrate and remember an amazing man and the amazing life he gave his family.

At a time that can be very stressful and emotional, Anne provided get guidance and comfort. The emotional support and care given by Anne and David for our wishes to honour Mum's life story was wonderful. Anne was always available to help whether it was for the flowers, photo tribute, order of service or even little things like guidance with readings. Live streaming and download meant relatives overseas could also be part of the service. Everyone viewed it as a celebration of a life. Thank you for being so generous and respectful.

Anne helped me and my family from the first moment we spoke to her on the phone. We were so overwhelmed and did not know where to begin. Immediately after speaking with Anne she made us feel like we were not alone and that the next week was going to be somehow manageable.
