They eventually delivered it and left it in the pouring rain. The box was drenched and falling apart once I arrived home.

I have never come across a company, logistical or otherwise, that is so incompetent and useless.

I have had the displeasure of having to deal with Border Express three times. I run a suit business in which timing is sensitive. The first time I had to use them was when I had some suits that needed to be dropped off in QLD and I was using an aggregator, sendle, who had subcontracted the delivery. After two weeks and an immense amount of investigation, I was given their details and was told surreptitiously that the parcel had been lost and there was nothing they could do. This meant that i needed to spend thousands of dollars in order to replace the suits 2 days before the customers wedding.

I have also used them twice with the company Easy Signs. We needed a sign made up and delivered within a week for an expo that we are running. The company making the sign was extremely quick and it was dispatched quickly the same day. The sign itself showed up after the expo and despite several calls, effectively hours worth of wait time and lots of broken promises to "follow up", the sign showed up effectively the week after it was needed.

Now, we need another part from the same company. It's a small part that even standard aus post from one metro area to another would be able to get in three days. According to their tracking, it's been "on board for delivery" for three days. I have called three times. Sometimes I call, and wait for up to twenty minutes only to get hung up on. Effectively everytime I call, I get nowhere. This is the third time I've had to deal with them and the third time in a row that I have had nothing but poor communication, broken promises and absolutely the worst experience I have ever experience.

This company has made me lose money, lose good will with my customers, has made me ill-prepared for some of the largest expos in my industry. Their ETA's are entirely wrong and they effectively lie with their promises. If you want things to show up on time (or hell, even show up!) avoid like the plague! Especially be wary of aggregator services like Sendle and Couriers please that my subcontract.

No attempt to deliver would rather waste 5 mins filling in a form

Looking at video footage Driver comes into driveway , instantly fills out we missed you , pops in mailbox and leaves , and was not even put in the mailbox correctly we found it on the ground latter on !!

I was literally outside around the corner ~20m away , if he beeped I might have even have noticed him , no attempt to even go to the front door , to top it off the Consignment # written out was wrong / undecipherable , and without a correct number they will not even do a re delivery , tried multiple emails with many combination changes , why can they not look up delivery address and work out what the Consignment # should be !!!!

I order over a dozen deliveries each week and have ordered thousands of items online but I have never experienced a courier as incompetent as this.

I got notice that my order was shipped with an ETA of January 14th. I had never heard of the courier “Border Express” but was horrified to google them and find a 1 star rating with hundreds of negative reviews. However, this is the courier OneWorld assigned my shipment to. Of course, as per the negative backlash in regards to this courier online, my TV unit never arrived on the 14th.

I had to call Border Express everyday from the 14th with each day them promising “it will arrive tomorrow” or making excuses like “it’s delayed because it’s a piece of furniture” despite them claiming to be a major heavy freight transporter. It got to the stage of almost laughable when the customer service assistant asked me things like "do you have a forklist ready for your TV unit, we don't have heaps of those" despite it clearly being a residential address and other lies like "sometimes our drivers just can't do runs some days you know?" which again, seems all the more ironic given that is literally their only job as a delivery company.

I called the courier to organise a date of delivery- on 3 different occassions across 3 different days (where I said ANY TIME on these days) on the 15th, 18th and 19th of January and of course, despite being promised "it will arrive tomorrow" each day, it never arrived.

This was going from the Central coast to Sydney, less than a hour's drive. But still no package. In this same week I've managed to receive an item from Auckland, Brisbane, Perth and Melbourne, all of which are much further geographically and all of which were bulky furniture items NOT SENT THROUGH BORDER EXPRESS.

So over a week later and I still haven't received my "quality courier" delivered TV unit and I just can't take any more time off sitting at home all day, every day for a delivery that may never come! I seriously hope I get my hundreds of dollars back!

Supposed to transport an expensive piece of equipment from NSW to Victoria. They sent it to Perth WA instead, resulting in the package finally arriving nearly two weeks late (it was only meant to be in transit for 2-3 days)

While the package was MIA, I used the website contact form to enquire about what was happening with our parcel. Got two autoreplies but nobody actually responded to my query (it’s been a month since I submitted the query$
