Supposed to transport an expensive piece of equipment from NSW to Victoria. They sent it to Perth WA instead, resulting in the package finally arriving nearly two weeks late (it was only meant to be in transit for 2-3 days)

While the package was MIA, I used the website contact form to enquire about what was happening with our parcel. Got two autoreplies but nobody actually responded to my query (it’s been a month since I submitted the query$

Extremely happy! I am always wary of approaching a new mechanic, but this is one of the best experiences I've had. Very reasonable rates, more thorough than the official brand mechanic, and extremely friendly. Two thumbs up!

For the second time this year they didn't deliver my parcel to me, but to some random stranger. I haven't yet had an uncomplicated delivery via Fastway, whether it be just leaving the package on the doorstep without ringing the doorbell despite instructions on the parcel to do so, giving me the wrong label number when I try to collect a parcel at the depot, or as stated, redirect my parcel to a random stranger. When I've complained, the response (if they bother to respond) is along the lines of "oops! Silly us "

The balloon flight was just lovely, and being followed up with a champagne breakfast was awesome.

I was very put off however by the casual sexism of the staff, who actively had the "gentlemen" in the group assisting with the unpacking and packing of the equipment, whilst refusing offers of help from all females. They may have seen their actions as being chivalrous, but it was just sexist and extremely off-putting.

WOW!! Our car was cleaned thoroughly inside and out, car mats steam cleaned (and not left damp), and I haven't seen my car sparkle like that in years. And that wasn't even the highest level clean! Attached cafe gives a nice air-conditioned refuge whilst the car is being treated.

An adorable pet store just off the main shopping strip in Boronia. The staff are unfailingly helpful and friendly, and if you have cats you have to try their freeze dried lamb treats!

There are three absolutely amazing things about Ginfactor - the quality (high), the prices (low), and the owner David (awesome).

So far we have purchased the hoodie. I wouldn't recommend it for hot day riding, but it's comfortable and well armoured. And it's pretty amazing that you have your choice between different amounts of Kevlar in your jeans!

Absolutely marvellous. Friendly attentive waitstaff, and the most amazing food! A great night out on all counts, and I will definitely be returning again soon

This cafe had opened less than a week before we lunched there, and it was amazing! The staff were extremely friendly, willing to go out of their way to be of assistance. The food was just delicious, they make awesome coffee, and the gift shop if definitely worth a look.

I have used this business a couple of times. Their range is better than most physical aquariums I have been to, and their prices are the best I have found anywhere. The first time I used them the delivery was a little slower than I would have liked, but as they state on the website they are only a part-time business doing a high output and the delay wasn't problematic.
